Wildwood Farm’s “Whispering pines”
Amazing campsite location!
Man, we love this place. Second year in a row coming up and it was wonderful to spend a few nights out having smores and watching the stars. All the rain meant there were a few more bugs than last year but all the water in the various gorges and waterfalls were a great tradeoff as far as we were concerned. Great location, amazing host, can't recommend it enough.

Wildwood Farm's "Willow Creek" Camp
Peaceful and relaxing
The camper was clean, easy to find and the experience was wonderful. Mary brought my wife and I fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and rice crispy treats. Encouraged us to walk around her farm and say hi to the animals. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer host or place to stay. She even had firewood and kindling around the pit waiting for us. Will definitely stay here again and will probably try her campsite in the back of her farm.

Wildwood Farm’s “Whispering pines”
Great for a Fall Getaway
I cannot recommend this site enough for a camping getaway, especially for those who are new to camping or don't want to/can't bring their own tent - it's all provided for you! Mary was so kind and an excellent host- she showed us around her farm of rescued animals and provides fresh eggs, jam, honey, s'mores for a great, local camping experience. We went just as the leaves are turning for fall, and the site was breathtaking! So many hiking spots, cute towns, and wineries/breweries close by, as well.

Wonderful time at Wildwood!
We had a wonderful stay at Wildwood farm! The cats were playful and fun to play with and Mary was warm and welcoming. The location was good only a short drive to watkins glen and plenty of activities. The area was secluded and safe, would definitely recommend a stay!

Wildwood Farm's "Willow Creek" Camp
Wildwood Farm is a very relaxing and quiet getaway. Mary was very kind and it was obvious a lot of love and passion has gone into creating a beautiful farm and private and remote camping location. The camper was clean and comfortable. We loved the seating area and grill available, and sitting next to the fire pit was a great way to end the evening.

Wildwood Farm's "Willow Creek" Camp
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and we just loved Mary and her farm! Mary was warm and welcoming, great to talk to and makes you feel like family. We got there with no problem, the RV is secluded, but Mary’s farm is close by if you want to see the friendly goats, chickens and ducks and their chicks, or if you want to cuddle up with one of the EXTREMELY friendly farm cats. We loved them all, but our favorites were Edgar, Kiwi, and Screech! Oh and the Cockatiel was also great, he says a few phrases and sings the Andy Griffith Show theme song! Mary had local honey, fresh eggs, homemade preserves and jams and more, she also has other tenting campsites and a Bed and Breakfast inside her home, but we barely saw any other campers and if we did, it was only when they happened to also be checking out the animals on the farm as well. The land is beautiful with many trees for shade and hanging our sun shower we brought. The Porta-Potty was useful and clean and the RV was better than we had hoped! Lots of space, I am 6’3’’ and didn’t bump my head once. The grill came in handy and Mary left lots of supplies for us, she even gave us some fresh Banana bread, which was delicious, my girlfriend ate half of mine. The RV was comfortable and we were happy to have it while it was storming. All in all, we can’t wait to be back, to see Mary and speak with her again and see her wonderful animals and trials. FYI the area is in a pretty bad drought right now so the creek is pretty dry, but there is PLENTY of water in the area, the Finger Lakes are a sight and there a endless waterfalls that had a little more to show after the rains. We were in the area earlier this month so we expected that but not everyone might know that so thought I’d share, it didn’t impede our experience one bit though and we will be making it a regular thing to visit Wildwood Farm! Thank you Mary!

Wildwood Farm’s “Whispering pines”
Let's face it, camping is personal, so not everyone will want a private location away from everyone with a toilet, sink, set up camp, firewood, stove, and table space for everything. However, as far as I'm concerned this was our ideal version of glamping. Paired with fresh eggs this was a weekend delicious and delightful. We'll certainly be back!

An Absolute Dream!
Our stay at Wildwood Farm completely surpassed all expectations! Just absolutely perfect and beautiful. The set up is perfect with everything you could think of needing while camping, everything was so thoughtfully arranged. Mary's hospitality was out of this world! She's by far the best host I've ever encountered, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Be sure to add her farm breakfast because it was out of this world delicious and definitely worth the low cost. We have two kittens that we brought along for camping and she was so helpful and loving with them. The property is gorgeous, she has goats and chickens and other cats lounging around the main house area. The space was private, a short walk up a groomed pathway from the main house area. We were able to explore Ithaca and do a couple hikes nearby. I can't thank Mary enough for her generosity and lovely spirit, I would 10/10 recommend everyone to stay here, it was a total dream!

Wildwood Farm’s “Whispering pines”
First and foremost, Mary is a GEM! Upon arrival, Mary made my wife and I feel welcomed with her warm energy and tour of her beautiful farmland. Mary was beyond accommodating, attentive and great at communicating any necessary updates. We enjoyed Mary's sanctuary so much, we extended our stay an extra day. As a young couple from NYC, we felt safe and at peace. We have officially made Wildwood Farm our getaway oasis when we need to replenish and recharge. Thank you for everything Mary, you are and will be forever in our hearts, see you soon!! With Love, Hugues & Simone

Wildwood Farm’s “Whispering pines”
Fun farm retreat
Mary was quite the generous and kind host! The campsite was further back from the house on a nice trail, an easy walk from the car. It was nice to get to a campsite that had an air mattress set up (and not have to do the work of tent setup after a long day kayaking and working out.) The pump toilet was easy to use with sink and soap. I didn't use the solar shower since I was unsure how to use it. But enjoyed using the propane stove to make dinner and breakfast farm fresh eggs that Mary picked that morning! :-) It's part glamping, part rustic with the woods atmosphere. I loved all of Mary's animals - she showed the goats and chickens, ducks wandering around and friendly cats (at least 2-3 greeted me and got pets). Great for an animal lover and purchased some jam and honey for the way home.

Get away
Mary was very accommodating. Her animals were so sweet. Even though the camper didn't have power, she had good lanterns in it. She also provided bug spray. It was a nice little get away for my husband and I.

Beautiful farm, excellent host
Mary runs a gorgeous, welcoming farm with many rescued animals. She is an excellent host. Her jam and eggs come highly recommended. Our campsite was very private and comfortable. We saw many birds during the day and awesome stargazing at night. Mary’s farm is in a great home base for visiting Watkin’s Glen and Taughannock Falls State Parks.

dont trust the instant book feature! you might be needing a place to stay, PAY, then think you have one... only to be told that you cant come because of your arrival time is too late.. and then you still cant get a refund 5 days later.

Awesome place. Feels super private. Camping without the work or packing, so that you can enjoy every moment hiking, swimming or going wine tasting. Didn’t make it to the wineries or breweries but have in the past and they were a delight. Ps buy the honey, jam and farm fresh eggs.
