The Upper Shire at Roe Jan Ranch is a gorgeous hill with a small pond on 22 acres in Columbia County near the border of Massachusetts and New York. 1987 Airstream at Tin Can Valley
A Great Getaway
Joanna was a wonderful host and attentive to our needs. The location was beautiful, the stars were bright and although we were up for some cold nights, Joanna provided some great wisdom and offers in order for us to keep warm. We came prepared, and even the cold couldn’t keep us from a great time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot to get away from it all.

Off Grid A-Frame Cabin by The Pond
We loved staying in the A-frame by the pond. Quiet and everything we needed was provided for a relaxing weekend.

Great stay & super host
Great spot and well maintained campground. Joanna was super friendly! Definitely recommend staying here, only point to note is that the road can get a bit noisy

1987 Airstream at Tin Can Valley
We loved to camp at Joanna’s sites! They are amazing, large, and quiet places. Our dogs also loved there. I would definitely go for the Aframe next time, which is not available this time.
