Tranquility Trails is a Eco retreat center located on a private game preserve. It was established on 9-16-2013 in loving memory of my father, Frank Bileti. The center is nestled within 138 acres of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the Southern tier of Western New York. This is the ideal place for folks who enjoy secluded, quiet, private places to unwind, relax and commune with the elements of nature. Activities include: hiking, biking, snow shoeing, bird watching, wildlife observation, meditation, stargazing etc. We currently offer 2 cabins, a cottage, 3 tent sites (1 is fully furnished). The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt. ​ It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. No hunting, fishing or foraging allowed.

BlueMoon

Blue moon is a fully furnished solar powered tent site in a shady area surrounded by hard woods and pine forest. The site features a 1/4 acre of open grassy area that can be utilized for a variety of outdoor sports/activities including stargazing. A 12'x16' wooden platform keeps the tent floor dry. There is an 10' x 16' sand filled area for an additional tent. The 12'x12' canopy provides additional covered space. There is a pit house, picnic table & fire pit with cooking grate, a solar powered 4'x8' wooden structure packed with camping/cooking supplies including a propane cook top. All located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Elevation is 2250'. . 6 miles of groomed/maintained private hiking trails and roads. 138 acres of hilly, mature forested land. An abundance of wildlife. Great place to connect with nature. Close to state parks/land, ski resorts. Biking, hiking. Dog friendly. There is a fully furnished cottage, pond, picnic area w/covered deck and picnic table **. Check out the gorgeous view directly from inside the cottage picture windows & deck or at the observation deck in the field. All being located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Hunting, trapping, and fishing and foraging prohibited. ** We are now offering a optional package for our serious stargazing enthusiasts and photographers to be used to view and record the views and galaxies. It is located in the field adjacent to the pond. Package includes use a solar powered 8'x8' deck, 12' x 12' canopy, picnic table, firepit and a golf cart to transport gear/equipment to and from the observation pad/site.
