My property is about 70 acres of wildflower meadows, ponds, organic grain farm and forest located about 10 minutes northwest of Ithaca and 20 min from Finger Lakes wine trails. Enjoy walking along the dirt road and mown trails throughout the property, wild raspberry and blackberry picking, bird and wildlife watching and some incredible sunsets! The campsites are located well off the main road for privacy and seclusion. A convenience store and gas station are located about a mile down the road. This is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Secluded Spruces
Craig was very accommodating. The Hipcamp app got the arrival date wrong & I couldn’t get in touch with them to change it. Craig answered my text right away & took care of it. Very helpful. Nice flat, private site. Down a dirt road. Might be tough if the weather was really bad, but OK for a 2nd van, even though slick from rain. 5 min from Ithaca. All in all, great site.

Secluded Spruces
Lovely spot! Great setting that was private enough for a fire and feeling like you’re out in the woods while not being too far from civilization. Thanks!

Lower Meadow site
I definitely enjoyed my time at this campsite. It is so pretty. Being surrounded by nature is so calming!

In The Oaks
We loved the glamping tent at In the Oaks. It has a super comfortable bed, 3 convenient lanterns, nice porch chairs, and overall a great option if you want an upgraded tenting experience. The tent itself is dry, sturdy and ultra clean. The location is pretty and very quiet. Recommended without hesitation!

Pond site
Loved the Pond Site
We loved the Pond Site! Such a lovely, peaceful, private. and quiet campsite. The grassy land was very comfortable to camp on, flat and perfect for tent camping. The composting outhouse is close by, clean and tidy. Hardly any biting bugs, pretty wildflowers, close to amazing hikes, what more could a camper ask for? 100% recommend!

Secluded Spruces
Private gem of a spot
Well maintained, very private campsite with other campers around but not terribly close or audible. It’s just a beautiful location. Even though it rained the whole time I was there it was cozy and there was lots of wildlife to enjoy.
