This historic renovated ranch offers four sites convenient from Interstate 84, the NYS Thruway Interstate 87, and Route 17/Interstate 86. Site 1 is a leveled stone pad easily accessible from the paved driveway, in front of two rustic barns where campers enjoy 30 amp electric service and a picnic table. Sites 2, 3 and 4 are in a private field (w/o service) each including a picnic table and fire ring. There are 40 acres of walking trails, and miles of adjacent rail trails for hiking/mountain biking from your site. Visit Brotherhood winery/restaurant, local breweries, Storm King Art Center, Washington's Headquarters, Motorcyclepedia, Lego Land, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, Resorts World Casino, and more.

Site 2 is located down a gravel driveway to the rear field behind the beautiful grounds of a Bed and Breakfast. It is private with 360 degree views of a wild open meadow where a neatly mowed site is situated. The site contains a picnic table and a fire ring. Campers may fill potable water from a hose on the property. There are no other hook ups, amenities, or services. Campers enjoy walking paths and adjacent hiking/biking on the Schunnemunk Rail Trail. Or, loads of local attractions, restaurants, museums, casino, wineries and craft breweries. To access, go to the 3rd driveway in front of the house all the way at the dead end; turn right towards the big red barn; go between the two red barns and follow the gravel driveway along the horses to the back field; site is marked with a sign post.

It was a nice and peaceful getaway camping night for four of us. We had a fire pit and a table, soothing vibes, an easy and beautiful trail in the back, majestic horses in the front… Excellent campsite for a short and sweet trip.😍❤️

Site 4 Open Field Table Fire Ring
Spacious campsite with picnic table, metal fire ring, and free wood scraps. Site is open so visible to other sites, but separated well enough for privacy. Rail to trail in easy walking distance. Site 4 has a low tree/hedge that shaded cooler during day. Primitive camping. Poor mobile reception, so I used the B&B WiFi sitting in my car outside the house. There’s a hose tap for water on the side of the house. Eric is friendly, helpful, and communicative. I will be back.

I really enjoyed and appreciated the kind, thorough and quick response time of the host! He was awesome. The farm and front property are beautiful. When I arrived to the site, I was shocked at how close together the theee sites were. I guess by looking at the photos, I assumed there was a lot more space. I made due and used my car as a privacy barrier between me and the other two sites next to me. The wind is no joke on that hill! The table and fire ring were a nice touch. The area was mostly quiet except for people on ATVs until nighttime. You can hear traffic from the road - but it’s not too busy of a road at least. I think it’s a great spot for folks with RVs who can separate themselves from the other sites - if you’re camping in a tent, however, just hope your site neighbors are respectful.

Had a great stay here! Camped in my car for the night with a beautiful view of the woods nice and quiet place! Had a little fire and listened to the mourning doves! Since it had snowed Eric made sure I was able to get to the site okay as well before I showed up! Highly recommend and would love to stay again!!

Our stay at site #1 in our teardrop camper was seamless. The site is perfectly flat and the power source very convenient. Eric greeted us on arrival, and then we enjoyed a very nice walk on the trail behind the barn. Friendly horses, beautiful setting, everything well marked - these folks know hospitality!

Honestly was pretty surprised how good this was for $30 a night. Don't get me wrong, these are primitive tent/RV sites so no electric or toilet access or anything, but it's behind a beautiful restored bed and breakfast, there are horses and stuff, walking trails behind. The sites themselves are clearly marked with lit up markers and are in a beautiful country field. I booked this with like a 2 hour notice and was able to just come in, set up, sleep, and leave the next morning. Quick responses from the owner with questions, too.

Great campsite, Eric is very friendly and even came out to make sure the ground wasn't too soft. Isn't the most private campsite as you don't have tree cover but still quite and peaceful. The horses were beautiful to see and the surrounding towns and hikes are well worth it.

Site is beautiful, everything was perfect. Eric was friendly and we had a great time. Horses in the morning had their pijamas because it was so cold, and our kids loved the horses. 100% recommended place.

Even in the middle of winter, this campsite provided an amazing outdoor experience. The solitude and quiet made it one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had. It was cold, but with the right gear—warm layers, firewood, and a good sleeping bag—we stayed comfortable. It's also close to NYC. We’ll definitely be back for another trip!
