Overall just seemed no one cared about the sites. All the grass was overgrown. No alpacas as pictured and stated. You literally couldnt walk anywhere without feeling you were in a jungle.
We ended up leaving and finding a new location to camp last minute even tho we planned weeks ahead and booked weeks ahead and drove 3 hours to the location.

Kimberly has been very welcoming and hospitable. The location was well maintained and promises a lot with beautiful views which brings freshness to the eyes. I’d recommend this place to others and be back again sometime this summer. It’s a delight for the dog lovers as she has 4 amazing dogs, with Lucky being our personal favorite. She has various other animals like Lamas, Alpacas etc., which are fun to watch. A must visit place for weekend getaways.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful spacious spots. Host was super friendly! Firewood was provided per request. The chicken & lamas were wonderful Neighbors.

Yon Barn at State Line Bunks!
We had a great stay on the farm, Loved the open meadows and views. The firepit helped keep us warm as the evening chilled. Fun watching the alpacas and the chickens. Nice dark skies for star gazing too. Convenient for the Bennington Battlefield site and many hiking opportunities.

Yon Barn at State Line Bunks!
Nice quiet property for a one night stay. We arrives after dark and departed before sunrise, so didn't see the property or animals. That was a bit of a disappointment caused by our schedule, not the host.

The alpacas are adorable and healthy. The grounds and view are pristine. Just make sure you bring enough of your own firewood because there’s none there for sale! The camp was unattended for some reason. So we eight guests from four separate parties had to just figure things out amongst ourselves. Another camper and myself spent 45-minutes corralling the alpacas through the gate into their pen/barn for safety from the coyotes at nighttime when still the host didn’t show up! I was glad we did this when later that night we listened to the packs of wild coyotes howling very near! Beautiful.

I had a wonderful time camping at the Lane's End site at State Line Bunks. It was the perfect base camp for three days of biking the nearby back roads of NY and southern VT. The property is set in a super scenic rural area only about 20 minutes from Bennington, VT and is very quiet and peaceful. The Land's End site is quite private. It's set well away from the house, barn, and animals at the edge of a hay field. There is one tree next to the site that provides a bit of shade, but overall the site is very open, which makes for great views of the surrounding hills and mountains, and amazing sunsets! There's a 360-degree view of the night sky, and the Milky Way was on full display while I was there!

We had such a great time camping on Kimberly’s farm! The alpacas were so fun, the site was clean and the view was incredible. She was so responsive and helpful with recommendations and accommodations!

Lane's End at State Line Bunks!
This was a very cozy location with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay (1 night-from the time we arrived to the time we left) however, it was still a very comfortable location. We arrived late (after 10pm!) and wanted to make sure we were in the correct location, so when I called to confirm, Kim was very pleasant and reassured us. Wished we would have had the opportunity to visit with all of the animals, including dogs! but sadly, the rain kept us from doing that. If we ever plan to go in that direction again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.

This is the most beautiful campsite on earth! Kimberly was lovely and very helpful. The animals are so much fun, especially their collie, who blessed us with his presence on walks and joined us for our campfire. (We wished we could have taken him home with us!) 10/10 recommend, you’re going to have a phenomenal time camping out here!

Stopped here one night with my son on our way to VT. Super easy and private and peaceful, wide open spaces with beautiful views, sweet dogs, adorable alpacas, fun fowl. Would recommend!

Kimberly was very responsive, assisted with all our needs and was very kind and welcoming.
Like all the other reviews the views are stunning from her camp site, we felt like we had the land to ourself and would recommend this camp site to anyone!
I would bring my own wood as you never know what the weather may have in store for your stay.

The alpacas and Guinea hens were so lovely, and shy. The stars and the fire flies were beyond beautiful over the uncut hayfield…the field was vibing with them…I got a song out of it. The place is easy to find and spots are easy to navigate. Worth the extra couple miles, and probably easier to get to from the VT side.

This was a fantastic spot that exceeded all of our expectations. The animals were all friendly, the farm was clean, and everyone was very nice. Kim was always quick to respond and ultimately eager to help. If you are looking for a unique and beautiful camping experience, I would come here!!!

The farm is set above the hills in f Vermont and eastern New York which affords some spectacular views. It was easy to get to and also easy to get to the campsite. No 4wd needed which is great for our smaller van. The animals were fun and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property! Owner was kind, generous and helpful. There were lots of dogs on property that kept us company, in particular Lucky was there each morning to greet us and evening to say good night. We loved the view of mountains from our spot and adored seeing the chickens and alpacas roaming. Would totally recommend staying here!

Always a pleasure staying the night there and seeing the stars. The big bonus is the goofy dog that shows up and hangs out with us for a bit! Amazing location and Kim is the best!

Kim is a wonderful host. No issues with communication and was ready when we arrived. Stayed two nights under the shade of the trees in the Yon Apple spot.
Plenty of room for the car and tent and set up.
She has a couple of great dogs that stop by to check on ya. They love neck rubs.
Her place is easy access to Bennington, VT, and Williamstown, N Adam’s MA.
There is an amazing gravel rail trail in Rupert VT that goes to Granville NY. About 30 mins away, but well worth it.

Kimberly was very helpful in setting us up on the lot we have, Very nice view between open field and the mountains in the distance we set up over looking her alpha pin area she also has other animals chickens, quail? Dogs that are very friendly we brought a 3 year old and she had a ball with her dogs.

Kimberly’s farm is such a unique place to camp. First thing, she is absolutely awesome! Helped us out when we got stuck in the mud and was so welcoming. Having the fire pit was great for the chilly March weather but the best part was being able to help with farm chores!! We got to help with the chickens and alpacas and it was so nice having dogs around when ours are at home. We purchased fresh eggs from her as well and had them for breakfast. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “off the beaten path” camping experience!
