This tiny home is situated in my backyard. It is close to Green Lakes State Park, the Erie Canal, Clark’s Reservation, Pratts Falls, Chittenango Falls Park, Cazenovia and many other popular outdoor areas. Also very convenient to SU. The tiny has its own fenced, private corner of my yard with a soon to be outdoor shower. We are on the grid electric but off grid for sewer and water. It has a Ogo compost toilet. Excellent Wi-Fi. It sleeps on comfortably and two for people who really love each other. Currently the tiny has a couch that converts to a small double. Plus memory foam pads. This tiny house is 160 sf and nestled behind the barn in the back yard. Private, cozy, bright. Very near Green Lakes and several other parks.

The Bees Knees Tiny Home
Perfect cozy, grown-up fort 😊
This is a perfect, cozy, grow-up fort! You’ll be enchanted while finding everything you need at your fingertips. The bed was very comfortable, too. The host gives you privacy, but is there if you need her. Excellent communication. The neighborhood has many beautiful historic homes… I enjoyed walking after having driven for hours. There is much within walking distance.., notably a very nice wine store and rare books shop. Convenient to interstate too. I actually enjoyed just noticing all the details that make this tiny house work so well and make it so charming. I highly recommend it, especially if, like many, you’re curious about tiny homes. 🏡

Father/Daughter Oz-stravaganza!
Laurel is such a neat lady and the Bees Knees is cute and just right, with all the amenities! Located in a quaint town with quick access to parks and shopping. Safe and easy access along quiet street. We plan to come again! Thanks Laurel!
