This spot is right off the road, super accessible. Bit of an uphill right from the entrance but site is right off to the right with a nice view of the tree line and sunset. Overall very easy stay and being right off the road was not a problem for me! Beautiful spot and would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Suzy met me at the top of her property and showed me exactly where the site was. She was incredibly sweet! The spot itself was perfect for a quiet night in nature with a campfire. It was only about 10 minute from downtown Albany but feels like you are miles and miles away! I will definitely be booking a stay here again :)

This was our 2nd long weekend at Suzy’s. Both times on site #5. Wonderful shady spot, level, huge picnic table and very remote/private.. Property has tons of birds, we heard some coyotes in July, and made a friend with a frog this time round! Easy to get to, everything nearby including Aldis. Stop in and grab lunch at Hot Dog Charlie’s. <Chefs Kiss>, AND you’re literally 10 mins to downtown Albany.

Suzy is a kind and welcoming host. She has a couple of awesome camping spots no matter how you're camping whether you're in a tent, RV, or campervan. There are a few campsites set up for groups as well. Even if there are other campers, all the spots are quite secluded and you're surrounded by hickory, acorn, pine and other trees. There's so much biodiversity - an ideal camping getaway! Every campsite is quite large and comes with a picnic table, fire pit and ample firewood. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area 🤗

Absolutely beautiful, huge spot, we’re 36 feet and had plenty of room. Views we’re great. Susan was so kind and let us check in a bit early. Just a fair warning, the driveway is pretty steep.

Very easy to find, nice big flat spot, just a 10 minute drive to downtown Albany. Great views, nice trees, fireplace and table, and good 5G cell service. Simply perfection with nice planted flowers and a calm country woods vibe. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I’m back around. Well well worth it.

Great campsite! Had the whole place to ourselves. Susan met us and showed us our site and chatted with us for a bit. Very treed spot with what we needed. Roamed around her property and found some interesting surprises!

First experience with HipCamp and I’m hooked!
Susan was a wonderful host - welcoming and super easy to communicate with. And her property is awesome. Spot 1 is right off of the road, but I had no issue with noise. Extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Gorgeous view with a great, level spot for a tent or car camping. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Cedar Branch Circle for “TENTING”
Though it was a bit buggy, we had a lovely stay at Susan’s secluded forest site. The bathroom was clean and easily accessible, the land was flat and great for tenting, and we had an awesome fire! Only 20 min drive from Albany and Susan gave clear instructions and was very communicative. Thanks so much!

We stayed at the sunset spot, lovely spot with firewood included. Heads up to anyone, especially if you are arriving by bike like we were, that the property entrance is a very steep gravelly hill.

Suzy gave us a warm welcome, excited to share her property with us, dropped off some fire wood, and then left us to our camping! With the mossy ground and swaying trees overhead, it was a perfect spot to stay the night!

Absolutely fantastic time. Susan and others made us feel welcomed and taken care of daily. They always made sure we had plenty of firewood. Even though it is a 15 minute drive to Albany you wouldn’t know it. We never heard any street noise and it’s convenience to civilization was great for restocking. 10 out of 10 would recommend can’t wait to go back

My husband and I had a GREAT experience at camp! It was clean, private, and safe. Susan was so sweet to meet us upon arrival, show us our site, and provide plentyyyy of firewood. We heard a happy owl over night and no noise from our neighbors.
The next day we checked out the ridge trail with our two dogs. This is a very beautiful property and the waterfall is such a special (again private) spot.
We left we a dozen farm eggs set out from the host and found a great farm stand down the road.
Highly recommend this spot!

These campsites are an ideal private camping location, there are many sites available that are well appointed and a solid option if you are looking for a site in this area. This one has a large picnic table, a side table a fire pit and a porta potty a reasonable distance away. It was spacious for 4 tents and lounging. Area is fully wooded, there is some car noise, often drowned out by crickets. Certainly more substantial and thought out than the guy renting part of his lawn. Not a KOA, but in some cases nicer if you are a tent camper!

Was fun for our weekend trip! It did rain but we expected that. A few trees came down during the night but nothing major. Loved the farm fresh eggs and the hosts were great and accommodating!

I absolutely loved spending the night here. The camping site was private, spacious, and quiet. I got everything I needed out of a camping trip, and the surprise of complementary firewood and a waterfall to hike to made the trip exceptional!

Our campsite was really great and the hosts were very responsive. The one caution is that we have 2 kids and could not let them roam unsupervised, as there is private property nearby and the trail is not easy to find and follow. So for adults, it’s good, maybe not for families

Pros - Nice clean sites, host greeted us and was very pleasant.
Cons - Didn’t feel comfortable with the permanent site residence living in the woods near us. I do not recommend if you have little kids like me.
