Glamping with a gorgeous view
Perfect Glamping experience
This place was everything we had hoped for. Me and a friend were in the area for a training and coming home to an amazing outdoor kitchen where we could cook under the sky and a tent that we could open to the outdoors and huddle under blankets was perfect. Erica was a very kind and gracious host, and the farm store kept us supplied with the best eggs and steak we have had in a long time. Thank you!

Glamping with a gorgeous view

What an amazing place! We had a great time visiting Erica's tent cabin this September. The weather got a bit nippy our first night there, but the extra blankets Erica provided meant that we had a warm comfortable bed in the cool night air. The steaming hot shower in the chilled air the next morning was even better.
We cooked using the hot plate or the campfire for every meal, and I can tell you the kitchen is a dream for glamping. Very well equipped! We did bring some extra dry firewood for a quicker starting fire the second night.
The property was easily accessible off of the main route to Ithaca, and dropping by the town center was a breeze.
Everything was comfortable and designed for us to enjoy a quiet weekend enjoying the truly gorgeous view!

Glamping with a gorgeous view
A lovely place to unwind…
My husband and I spent 3 days enjoying the farm and surrounding area. Erica was a wonderful host and very informative during our farm tour. We left feeling refreshed and with plenty of ideas we want to bring back to our home garden! The view was incredible out over the fields and mountains and we enjoyed watching the “flerd” as they grazed along in a field in front of our spot. It was wonderful to be able to pick up a few things to cook from the farm store and we greatly enjoyed hanging out with the cats who came to visit in the evenings. Everything was so thought out- from a well stocked kitchen to card games in the tent. Our visit could not have been more enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone looking to relax off the beaten path.

Glamping with a gorgeous view
We were looking for a quiet romantic get away. We were met by Erica, who was very friendly. Our tent was everything described and the view was gorgeous. We had a few issues, though. It was so hot in the direct afternoon sun and there was no escape from the heat for a few hours each day. The tent was like an oven and even the kitchen house offered no shade. We had to move a bench into a shower stall for some relief. It would have been so much nicer if there was some way to provide shade, as this is western facing. We also could not use the fire pit, which we were really hoping to enjoy at night. There was standing water all around it. Maybe some extra gravel would have remedied this. The farm was digging a pond so we had to put up with loud truck noises both days starting around 7:30 and going until late afternoon. This was just a few feet in front of us. So much for our quiet retreat. One last suggestion would be to add a small gas grill. We were unsuccessful trying to use the charcoal one - and we are not new to this. All that being said, we would love to return to see the finished pond and to hopefully enjoy a quiet couple of days. The set up is quite lovely and the outdoor showers were wonderful. With a few little improvements, this would be a fantastic place to stay and it would greatly improve the whole experience. We paid.a lot of money to stay there and felt like we were cheated out of what should have been a quiet couple of days.

Glamping with a gorgeous view

Erica is the hostess with the mostest. She has literally thought of everything one might need/want. From coffee and local milk for morning, to games to play in evening after busy days off the farm exploring all the things to do in Finger Lakes region, to not just 1 but 2 flush toilets, hot water showers, electricity and running water, at a price well below what others may charge. Plus beautiful sunset views from your tent deck over a grassy field all to yourself, a cute store (we bought the farm's novel aronia and ginger syrups), and informative and interesting farm tour (high rubber boots may be best to have for this). I also loved the local Brookton Market for really delicious sandwiches, drinks and desserts. Perfect glamping with zero effort needed on my part, thanks to Erica and her lovely site!

Glamping with a gorgeous view
Lovely, lovely, lovely!
Beautiful for its bucolic setting! The pictures don’t do it justice. It truly exceeded our expectations.
The hosts provide a very welcoming space. My husband is more of a tent camper, but this experience really showed him the advantages of glamping. The private, outdoor bathroom is something out of a magazine...really thoughtful and charming space. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals. The family pets visited often (a dog and 2 cats) and we enjoyed them.
Only negative to the whole experience was the mosquitos. We were eaten alive in the yurt on the first night. Be aware that there really is no way to prevent mosquitos entering the yurt, as there are areas that are exposed to the outdoors (under the raised floor among other spots). The second and third nights we doused ourselves with bug spray before we went to bed, but they still found areas in between my fingers. Of course, you are outdoors, this is camping, mosquitos are a part of any camping experience....
The view and the overall environment still make it a worthwhile experience and we hope to return!

Glamping with a gorgeous view
Great Host
I couldn't make it due to travel restrictions but my girlfriend did and she had a blast. The site is gorgeous and private, she had no trouble cooking up a storm in the kitchen and the local parks are gorgeous. I can't wait to get to see it myself in the near future.
