You will enjoy the privacy of our secluded rustic one room cabin suitable for 2 people on 28 acres of private property 10 minutes from Letchworth State Park and 5 minutes from the Greenway Valley Trail. We will greet you when you arrive and after that you won't see anyone unless you need us. Queen bed, out house, firepit, one bundle of wood a day is included, additional firewood is available for purchase. We have solar powered lights for your use as well as battery powered lights if you forget your flashlight. You may enjoy our catch and release fishing pond teeming with bass, grass carp, blue gill, catfish and koi as well as the Keshequa creek bordering our property. Wildlife abounds here as there is no hunting allowed on our property. Our cabin is insulated and wired to use a generator which is available for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas. There is a small charcoal grill near the fire pit for your use. This reservation is for two people, if you would like to add people please contact us with details prior to booking! We have plenty of room for tent camping close to the cabin for an additional fee Guests must provide an approximate time of arrival and check in before dusk the day of their reservation. Secluded Country Cabin
Gorgeous and meticulously maintained property complemented by 2 top notch hosts Mary and David. The time and care given to this beautiful property is evident as soon as you pull into the driveway. From the driveway to the creek you’re surrounded by beauty in every direction you look. The cabin is clean, cozy, and the perfect place to lay your head after a long day exploring and relaxing in the creek. David and Mary are some of the most kind, caring, genuine, salt of the earth people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. You couldn’t ask for a nicer property or better first class hospitality. The conversations with David and Mary were like I was talking with some old friends I hadn’t seen in a while even though we’d just met. There’s no doubt I’ll be back to this hidden gem. Thank you Mary and David for an amazing stay and thanks again to Mary for the delicious chocolate chip cookies for the ride home

The cabin on Mary's land was excellent! Mary and David are kind, courteous, and helpful. Plenty of land and water for walking, stargazing, fishing, cooling off, and washing. 10/10 would recommend!

Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommend!
Secluded Country Cabin
I stayed here from July 11 to July 15, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were there right away, which made the stay feel stress-free and comfortable. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful river and a nice creek that added to the charm of the stay. Everything was well-kept, and you can tell the hosts really care about making sure their guests have a great experience. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

This place is awesome ! The hosts are even cooler ! Thank you Mary and David for the really cool tour ; it made us feel at home : ) The cabin and campsite are both nice ( look exactly like the pictures ). And the bathroom was easy to use ! Definitely recommending to people I know ! Loved walking by the creek and pond too , the pond has beautiful coi fish and other creatures <3

Our first stay!
Secluded Country Cabin
My son and I just got back from a night's stay at the secluded cabin and it was an absolute delight! Mary and David were wonderful to communicate with and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful trip. The land is gorgeous, with a cute little fishing pond and a creek to explore. The cabin was very private and cozy and we paid the extra $15 for the generator, which powered all of the lights we needed for the evening. (Just a note: even with unplugging everything else being powered, the generator is not enough to work the coffee pot I brought from home, so bring what you need to boil water over the campfire!) The outhouse was only a few yards down a lit path from the cabin and was completely immaculate, with no smell at all, so don't let the lack of indoor plumbing deter you! Even with a first day that was a bit chilly and drizzly, my son and I had a GREAT time and will be back again!
