I had a wonderful time at the sacred waterfall property. The hosts were responsive, accomodating and kind. The waterfall itself is one on the most peaceful and awe inspiring places I've ever been. Never more than a party or 2 in addition to us swimming there. Forest cabin was close to the falls, and had just the essentials.

Apple Grove Camp & Sacred Waterfall
The site was lovely and a perfect getaway. Instructions were great and the nearby waterfall was so beautiful. Everything was easy and we'd highly recommend. The campsite was within earshot of the road so you could hear when larger trucks would drive by, we didn't mind that but just weren't expecting it.

We LOVED this trip! The camp was exactly as described and the host was very detailed in the directions which helped a lot. There were really nice added touches like a water bowl for our dog, fire grates for cooking over the fire, an area to hang the bag for showing, and the pillows/blankets already there.
We hiked down to the waterfall the first morning we were there and it was incredible. We were the only ones there which made it so special. We went with our 2 year old daughter and although the water was a bit chilly for her she loved exploring and throwing the rocks for our dog. We had her in a hiking backpack because although it was a short hike, the host wasn’t kidding about it being steep.. but the ropes tied along the hill definitely helped a lot.
We became frequent visitors of Barbers farm stand down the street and picked up a few fresh veggies to grill. Make sure you ask them about their vodka.
We also hiked Vroman’s nose which is down the road and it was a nice easy, well groomed trail.
We hope to be back soon to visit and explore the area some more!

This was my first camping experience & I absolutely love it here! The hike is a bit intense but it so worth it once you reach that beautiful waterfall! Would definitely recommend

This was such a peaceful and gorgeous get away. The cabin was very clean and directions were well laid out. There were lots of local offerings that we got to explore. This is such a hidden gem and we enjoyed our stay.

Me, my boyfriend, and our dog had a wonderful stay on Amy’s land. You can tell she has put a lot of love and effort into curating it for her campers. She was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions about our arrival. Our area private enough for us and had lots of firewood available and there was a clean port-o-potty a short walk away. You can’t see or hear the other sites. The hike down to the waterfall is short but very technical and slippery.

I came and stayed on one of their older campsites a while back and they have done an incredible job creating more beautiful spaces to retreat from the city.
This time we booked the Sparrow and the two new campsites for an overnight with our kids and their friends. From the moment we arrived, it's apparent how much care and intention goes into creating each site. Everything felt thoughtfully placed and it made for a really pleasant and fun experience.
We spent the day hiking down to the waterfall (steep but beautiful!). It was too cool to swim but we took off our shoes and waded and even found a fossil. At night we fully enjoyed the fire pit and it was a perfect experience that we deeply needed.
Tip: bring a few extra solar lights or lanterns for your path at night, especially if you’re staying in one of the more tucked-away campsites. It gets dark at night but makes for incredible stargazing.
I couldn’t recommend this host and their property more. We left rested, reconnected, and already talking about the next trip to come back.

Absolutely stunning location. A true gem and had quite the adventure.
The GPS did in fact take us to the wrong locations (Google maps), so if you enter q junkyard at any point, turn back and read her instructions instead.

Wildflower Cabin & Sacred Waterfall
The property was so beautiful! We enjoyed relaxing at the waterfall. It was a nice stroll that was well marked and the instructions given were clear. The area was so cute! We hope to visit, again!

Loved it! The small trek to waterfalls was a little challenging while it was raining but totally worth it. The cabin seemed to be quite new as well. Some other reviews mentioned they could hear vehicles passing by the Fulton road. I did not hear a thing during my stay and the campfire setup was also nice. Would totally visit again!

lovely stay- the cabin was warm & cozy. they really thought of every little thing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. you do have to park up the hill & carry your things down but it’s not a huge or long walk. the showers are camp bag showers, I do recommend bringing your own if you have one & some straps to hang it.
the waterfall is stunning & ther is a lot of good day hikes around.

Forest Cabin & Sacred Waterfall
We had a great stay at the wildflower cabin for our family of four with two boys, aged 9 and 13. The cabin is adorable. Although it was cold for April, the space heater in the cabin worked well. We really enjoyed the waterfall nearby but couldn’t find a path across and had to wade through the freezing water- the kids loved it at least! We also had a great hike on the Vroman’s nose loop nearby. Overall, a great stay.

We loved our stay! It was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoying the adventure of hiking down to the falls and exploring. The local cat was very friendly and kept us company which was an unexpected perk! We highly recommended this spot and hope to return.

I loved the camping area, the place was clean and tidy. It’s best place to visit during summer, winter, rainy no matter what. It has beautiful places near by to visit as well. If u loving hiking u would love at peak. The host is so welcoming, she in fact offered us to stay way longer for the day as well. I can undoubtedly say it’s my best camping site so far.

This was a beautiful weekend getaway, and we absolutely plan to return in the summer! The cabin stayed nice and warm for the temps in the 30's with the oil heater and warm blankets we brought from home. The cabins are just off a main road but the noise of other cars was minimal. The hike to the waterfall had a rope along the steep parts that made getting down and up much safer! It is still possible to get to the beautiful falls in the winter however my below the knee muck boots were not long enough for the river crossing, so come prepared! To get close to the waterfall there is also a few logs you must walk across over deep water, they were stable but not sturdy however with the help of a long walking stick we were able to cross over no problem! The walk was incredibly short as well, maybe 5 mins total.
There was a partition between us and the other cabin so we felt we had privacy even though the cabins were not very far from one another.
