We have seasonal RV sites available for those who like to escape for the weekend and relax or just like to be close to the action for the summer season. We have several tent sites as well as cabins and rv sites! 3 Night minimum for Holiday weekends including July 4th and Labor Day. 2 night minimum on weekends, but sometimes we can make an exception if it's short notice and there are sites available.

Our campground borders the Adirondack Park and is just minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY. We offer wooded tenting sites and spacious RV sites. We also have clean cabin rentals if you need comfortable lodging but want to be closer to nature than you would be in a hotel. 3 Night minimum for Holiday weekends including July 4th and Labor Day. 2 night minimum on weekends, but sometimes we can make an exception if it's short notice and there are sites available. Site 2 is surrounded by tall red pines and is close to the pond. You'll feel peace as soon as you step foot on the property. We have weddings on many weekends but we can advise you if there will be an event going on before we accept the reservation.

Excellent location, so close to Saratoga Springs and Utica. We enjoyed the cozy campsite, with 30 amp service, water and sewer. Site also has toilets and showers. Matt was a great host and keeps the place in good shape.

The campground itself is beautiful and clean. I loved the look of the barn and the scenery surrounding the pond. It is very quiet during the week and a wonderful stay; however, we didn't enjoy our time on the weekend as there were back to back weddings with loud music. I recommend asking about that before booking if it is something that would bother you.

Very cool spot. Do be advised that they have weddings and events until 10:00 pm, so there is a bit of noise and music, but nothing too disturbing. Very friendly welcome, free firewood. I got to pitch my tent on a well built platform, which helped reduce the September chill.

Very beautiful property!! The stars were amazing, there’s a fire pit and picnic table at each site, and there is a porta potty or bathrooms you can go to that are super clean. I would stay here again.

It was my first time camping alone. And I’m so glad I chose Matthew’s land to do it on. I love that my space was surrounded by trees and I was very close to the porta potty. The space I was at had a wooden deck to put my tent on which I loved. Firewood was sold at a great price for the amount of wood you got. Great space to hang your hammock and read a good book. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stay here!

Quiet. Convenient. The price is right and the amenities are great. We had a nice flat spot for our truck’s roof nest. Tent sites are well spaced.

We had an amazing time camping here! All of the sites were very well kept and the bathrooms were in great condition. The water pressure in the showers was strong too, which was great after a night of camping! Would 100% recommend!

The camping at Rustic Barn Campground was incredibly peaceful and the grounds were beautiful. Located in such a nice area, close to many attractions and places to explore on foot or bike, but also enjoyable if all you wanted was a weekend away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you Matthew!

The host was great. The setting was pretty. The bath/shower was clean yet rustic. It was a fine place to stay. My only suggestion would be for the host to be very clear in his write up about the wedding venue on the premises. It did create a bit of a snag for us but we managed. Some people might not like falling asleep to wedding music but again it didn’t really bother us.

Rustic Barn Campground is such a tranquil spot in the Adirondack's. 25 Minutes to Saratoga Springs and 35 Minutes to Lake George. It was an amazing space to call home for our vacation. Matt is super friendly, chill, and accommodating, making sure we were all set up as soon as we rolled in and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We intend on visiting again!

Fantastic site with beautifully kept campground facilities. The site was decently private with plenty of shade from the trees. Easy to access the hookups and a nice swimming pond just a stones throw away. Matthew was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out.

Great site for tent users! We loved the privacy and the great access to bathrooms/showers and potable water. Campground is clearly marked from the road and easy to find, host is very helpful.

Rustic Barn Campground is a very quiet and small campground with many of the sites being seasonal campers. Easy check in and very accommodating. A few of the sites are very wooded and spacious as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this campground over the weekend! The owner, Matt, was incredibly accommodating and helpful—he even lent my husband a tool when he needed one, which we truly appreciated. We stayed at campsite #12, which was quiet, peaceful, and offered a perfect spot to relax. The entire property is beautifully maintained and made for a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved camping here! The facilities are clean and well managed. The showers provide hot water. Great location very close to Lake George and Saratoga Springa. Would stay here again!

Overall our stay was good. We were met by the host and we were given a great site. The campground was quiet and the sites were large. The restrooms need to be cleaned out and updated.

Matthew’s spot was a great place to land! I got to set up right next to a sweet little stream and it was the perfect lullaby! The bathrooms were clean and the campsites felt safe and cozy! Definitely would return ☺️
