We are in the foothills of the Adirondack.Experience the area in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season. Stay on site and enjoy the river on a canoe or kayak. Or explore the area to trails to waterfalls, hike in the mountains, or check out the quaint towns on the St Lawrence River or all the lakes around.

This space is nestled in a grove of birch trees. Site can accommodate up to a 30' camper or a few tents, grassy area with 30amp electric and non potable water hookup. On site is an outhouse. No showers available. Guests with a camper will need to be able to dump offsite. Guests have access to the common areas which include field with horseshoes, ladderball, and cornhole games. A sitting area down on the river bank and use of a canoe and 2 kayaks.

Dragonfly Cabin

Dragonfly Cabin is nestled in a wooded area. It includes the 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with kitchenette; full refrigerator, 2 burner top, coffee pot, and toaster, (no running water),sitting area, bunk beds and a dining table. There is also a loft where someone can sleep. A screened in porch with chairs and a propane grill. A separate bath house that includes a private full bathroom and a shared utility sink. Beach area, river access, movie nights on the big screen, fire-pit, kayaks, and a canoe. We do ask that you bring your own bedding and bath towels. The beds are a queen and twins. If your traveling and can not bring these things along, we can supply them for $10 a bed. We do ask that you bring your own bedding and bath towels. River Rat Cabin is on the edge of property. Its more of an open area but has a great view of the river from the porch. It includes the 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with kitchenette; full refrigerator, 2 burner top, coffee pot, and toaster, (no running water),sitting area, bunk beds and a dining table. Birchtree Camping
Great remote spot on the river with awesome hosts! They were extremely helpful with everything. Be sure to try the Stone chimney wings at 2-Es bar and grill!
