Shady lot near horses and wildlife
the site had everything we needed! It wasn't exactly as pictured but none the less, we enjoyed the solitude, time admiring the horses, taking in the fall foliage on trail walks - we had fun. The owner was very nice, and was there to welcome us.

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Peggy gave us a tour of the farm. Trail walks along the pasture fences with horses coming up to us. Lots of shade and some sun. Close to towns but in the country. Hosts were great. Came to meet us and were very helpful.

What a great place. The site was private, quiet and had full hookups. Lots of space to stretch out and just relax. Peggy and Mark were perfect hosts making sure everything was there and worked. Four days just wasn't enough.
Even away from the site, the area was great with a lot to do and see. And hiking - so many options all minutes away. With so much to do and such a perfect site, we'll be back again.

Peggy and Mark are the best. We had our grandchildren along, RV issues, and flooding, but they gave us advice, another place to stay and were kind and gracious. I would highly recommend!

We loved camping here! The site is private, level and surrounded by beautiful horse fields.
It was exactly what we hoped it would be and we will can't wait to return.
Peggy & Mark are super nice people and made us feel very welcome!

Peggy Mark and Tanya at honeydew acres were so welcoming and kind. The cabin was beautiful, exceptionally clean with astounding views from every window.
My husband and I just found our favorite spot to stayin Canton and can't wait to come visit again soon.

Peggy was great at messaging and pre coordination. The lot couldn’t have been better: level with yard and picnic table, electric , sewer, and water. It was peaceful to watch the deer and turkey in the field across the street. We had a visit to Clarkson University in Potsdam and it is 11 minutes away; moreover, St. Lawrence University in Canton is also about 10 minutes or so. The road has an occasional passerby, so it is very quiet. We absolutely enjoyed our hosts’ company and soaked in the solar eclipse!!!

This was our inaugural trip with our 1978 Trillium camper from Ontario. Peggy and her lovely husband were so helpful and welcoming! It was a perfect beginner site for us. Easy in and easy out. Also, it’s flat and well maintained. Peggy offered to take us in a farm tour which we accepted with bells on! You get to meet beautiful horses, ponies and chickens…oh and Nitro, the best dog ever!
We would recommend this site tenfold. Thanks again!

Wonderful hosts and a very peaceful and quiet location. Right on the middle of a farming community and surrounded by horses! At night you get dark skies with the sounds of the frogs and the light show of lightning bugs. All this and full hookups, 50 amp so make you bring an adapter if needed!
It was such a great place we extended our stay!

Absolutely wonderful cottage with great hosts. It's on a working horse farm, so there's plenty to do and see right outside the front door!
