Creekside camping. 3-4 minute walk to a set of inside bathrooms (sink, toilet). Beautiful, rural setting. Secluded area. Small, reasonably sized, responsible campfires allowed. Perfect for retreats and mental health vacationers. Working on getting electricity and WiFi, but may be delayed. Birders, depending on the season, can expect to identify several different species including, if you're lucky, Scarlet Tanagers and Magnolia Warblers. Owls are heard (and sometimes seen) in these woods on a regular basis as well. Brief hiking trail to get to the site from where you will be parking. One home (ours) nearby that will be out of your line of sight. Two other homes (one of which has the bathrooms) on an adjacent property. Mostly, you will see nobody while at the camping site. 70 miles from NYC. Easy access to Shawangunk Wine Trail. 2.8 miles to Christopher Jacobs Winery. 2.9 miles to Brimstone Hill Vineyard. 3.6 miles to Baldwin Winery. 6.7 miles to Angry Orchard. 13 miles to City Winery in Montgomery, NY. 20.1 miles to Legoland Park. 22.3 miles to Mohonk Mountain House and Preserve. 28 miles to Monticello Raceway and Casino. 29 miles to Walkway Over the Hudson. 37.2 miles to Bear Mountain State Park. 38.7 miles to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

      Beautiful creek side campsite!
      What an amazing first experience with Hipcamp! Jason’s land was beautiful and he was so accommodating. The area where we camped felt very private and so quiet. Waking up the the creek next to the camp site was wonderful. The bathroom is a little bit of a walk but totally doable. Overall we had a great stay!
