13 acres to explore in beautiful Naples, NY, the Switzerland of North America. Wine country, Hill country, grape festival! We are Gabriel, Shari and Elijah. Welcome to our land of peace and tranquility. Hidden away from the nearest road, this land is blessed with foliage, fruit and wildlife! Walk through our 75'x35' garden, large greenhouse and our fledgling food forest of fruit trees, elderberry, blackberries, and strawberries. Explore the trails, gardens and pond on the flat 8 acres and 5 wooded, hilled back 8 acres. My son, Elijah (22), also has a small, 2-story home on the land as well as his own dog, Jack. 7 sweet doggies occupy the land as well as many chickens, 2 cats and 4 turkeys (our newest addition). Our dogs are mostly Border Collies (see pics). The dads: Bear and Kipper, the Border Collies - Kip will jump the fence to greet you. This is his job. He is the only dog that will do this. He is VERY friendly, especially if you throw him a ball! The mom: Lucy - A little Jack-Russel/Schitzhu explorer. She's 11 years old and has only 1 eye. Brave: from the first litter. She is sweet, smart and fun. Kaia and Jack from the 2nd litter. Kaia has a lame back leg. She is timid and noisy, but sweet and cuddly. Jack is my son's dog. He is also timid and noisy. Sparkey: The youngest. Full of energy and agility! He is noisy but harmless, silly and so fun! Out back there is a pond that sometimes holds water and is often a wonderful place to explore and discover creatures like fireflies, tadpoles, frogs, salamanders and so many more! Come and enjoy quiet and solitude. While the RV is off-grid, wifi can be accessed 300 feet away on the front porch of the main house and SOMETIMES in the bedroom of the RV.

    OFF-GRID Family Pioneer RV
    The land was beautiful as well as the surrounding areas. The rv chicken coop was very unique and the fresh eggs were an awesome surprise. Sharing gave us great advice toward local antique shops and markets.

    A relaxing off grid camper
    OFF-GRID Family Pioneer RV
    We loved our stay at the off grid family camper. Shari, Gabriel, and Elijah were very accommodating during our stay and had many great suggestions for local activities. They made us feel very welcome during our stay on their property (including a bonfire night!) but also respected our privacy. The town of Naples had so many things to do including a gift shop, a great barbecue stand, and an adventurous waterfall hike. There were also many other things to do within a short drive. We are so thankful to them all for being part of a wonderful vacation and hope to stay with them again soon!
