Overlooking the lush valley of Canaseraga NY, in the hills of Northern Allegany County just minutes from Swain ski center, Stony Brook state park & Letchworth state park. Located 1/2 Mile from an access point to the finger lakes trail, we offer 2 primitive tent sites that include a picnic table & fire pit; 1 RV site that includes a picnic table & fire pit without electricity or sewage & a comfortable 1 room cabin that sleeps 2 and overlooks the valley where you wake up to a beautiful sunrise. The cabin offers a heat on demand shower and limited solar power with the option of upgrading to a quiet generator for additional power. All sites have clear view of the starry sky and will have no issues with cell coverage.Site 1 is beautifully situated on top of Friener Hill facing east and overlooking a pond along with the village of Cansaseraga. Driving directly to the site is weather permitting and will be communicated prior to arrival. For off road parking, available at all times, there is a clearly marked trail to hike to the cabin along a mowed path. The outdoor shower is attached to the cabin and has a heat on demand water heater for over 250 gallons of water available. Bottled water will be available inside the cabin, campfires are permitted within season, and firewood and clean linens will be provided. The site can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably by offering the option of 2 additional tent sites immediately located by the cabin upon request. There will be an additional fee of $10 per tent site per night when booked.

Beautiful Cabin Space

It was such a treat to stay with Nicole and Jason's quaint cabin! Every detail was charming and incredibly thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We arrived later the normal check in time and were met at the road as the sun was setting to guide us to the cabin, which was a bit removed from the road, but no issue for our compact car given the dry weather. The cabin, despite the crisp October weather, was cozy and warm, with a electricity and a heater we didn't need to use. There was a beautiful fire pit, coffee and cute wheel-thrown mugs, as well as extra blankets, water, and anything else we might have needed to be comfortable (three adults and an 10-month old, who loved the nearby pond, big bull frogs, and beautifully maintained space to explore). We alerted Nicole ahead of time that we would have an extra guest staying with us, and they even put up an additional tent, though a collapsible cot fit well enough inside the cabin. This stay was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return when we are next in the area. Thank you!
