In 1991, the addition of Gilbert Brook Marina enhanced the experience, providing 168 boat slips, 102 boat moorings, and a convenient boat ramp for water activities. Nestled on the picturesque shores of Lake Champlain, Monty's Bay Campsites is located just 12 miles south of the U.S.-Canadian border and 8 miles north of Plattsburgh, New York. The campground boasts a prime location at the heart of Monty Bay, featuring a quarter-mile of shoreline and breathtaking views of the New York and Vermont landscapes.
