Majestic Farm is an Animal Welfare Approved, Biodynamic Organic Farm. We have 6 acres of Organic Apples in addition to pigs, chickens, peacocks and geese roaming the grounds. Ask about our Organic apples in the fall and pasture raised heritage meats available all year round.  Majestic Farm is a safe place. We welcome all members of the community, and emphasize that we are safe space for BIPOC and for members of the LGBTQI community. All people are beautiful. Be sure to message us if you would like to purchase firewood, meats or apples. Each tiny house as a full sized mattress, you can also rent a full sized cot for $20. You can message, we will leave your items for contact free pick-up and you can pay cash or venmo us later. Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. We clean between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved. The property is a 5 minute drive to the hamlet of Mountaindale which has a lovely Rail Trail for hikes and bikes, and some excellent dining options including @ highvoltagecatskills, in addition to creek bar a magical cafe & bar with outdoor seating and fire pits that serves delicious modern Polish American comfort food, great cocktails, and has live music and events on weekends. There is also an artisan pizza spot with indoor/outdoor seating, hipster vibes and fun cocktails and live music @ thedaleNY For shopping you can also stop by @ forageandgather - they have foods, meats, gourmet deli and coffee and carry all the little things you may have forgotten to bring along in addition to a locally and craft focused wine and spirits shop. Also stop by @badgrandmashop for the most vibrant and stylish clothes for all sizes and styles. Not to be missed. There is also a lovely yoga studio and bollywood dance spot in addition to some other delightful gems in town. There is superb hiking nearby at Neversink Unique Area in Rock Hill. Also Bashakill trails (and conveniently a vineyard with tastings and events right nearby). Your'e also about 30 minutes away from super cute fun larger towns and attractions like New Paltz, Livingston Manor, and tons of incredible Catskill hiking and nature opportunities. NOTE! There's an excellent Farmers Market on Saturday's in Rock Hill from 10-1pm from June to September also. Come find us there! You can message us ahead, we will leave your items to defrost if you'd like for contact free pick-up and you can pay cash or venmo us later. About an 5 minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. There is also a shared outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooking range and sink in addition to electrical outlets. There are some tables around the kitchen area as well as a fire pit and grills. This is an active farm - so you can enjoy spending time among the orchard trees and observing the chickens and pigs. This site includes a tiny house, fire pit and picnic table. There is one full sized mattress in the cabin. Please bring bedding and towels (if you require them - let us know). You can rent an additional full sized mat for $20 to sleep more. Also welcome to pitch a tent to accommodate extra guests. We can provide wood for $10 or $12 with starter log. It is deeply wooded, so you can also forage for wood all around. You would bring all your own tent gear and cooking items. There is a grate to put over the fire for cooking. This is a very woodsy site. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more. This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. There are many insects around and about, so if you don't want their company - bring bug sprays! Bring lanterns/flashlight or even battery operated party lights for fun (and so you can see). As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). In October the Orchard is open for apple picking during the day, so there are others on the farm during daytime hours. Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. There is an area to leave your trash on the top of the road as you're leaving the farm. We deep clean and sanitize between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved This is a very woodsy site. It is not a hotel or sterile feel. It is out in nature, there are sticks, rocks, leaves, bugs, rain, mud, and all of the camp type things. The outhouse is an outhouse - so it is not like a hotel room bathroom. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as  deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more. This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. We recommend bug spray or candles as there are many flies and other insects that enjoy buzzing around. As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of SAFE spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). The site is a rustic Tiny house located in the forest at the edge of an organic apple orchard.  Very private location on 30 acres at the end of a dead end road.  You'll hike along the orchard to the end and through a gate to access the house. There is one full size bed inside, also a tent that can be set up or bring your own tent/cots/bedding to accommodate more than two sleepers. You can rent a full sized mat for $20 as well. There is no running water, no electricity, no heat and no WiFi at the tiny house site.  About a 2 minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a very remote and private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. There is also a shared outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooking range and sink in addition to electrical outlets. There are some tables around the kitchen area as well as a fire pit and grills. This is an active farm - so you can enjoy spending time among the orchard trees and observing the chickens and pigs. Hike five minutes into the forest to our most remote tiny house and camping site. The tiny house is completely remote and has one full sized mattress. There is room for another full/queen in the house. Pitch your tent in a deeply wooded area overlooking a cliff . Beautiful private spot.  About an 8 minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a very remote and private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. There are huge boulders to sit and climb on as well. We just installed our newest tiny house, perfect and cozy for an intimate weekend. There is one full size mattress and some seating in the house.  You can fit an additional full mattress/blow up or rent one for $20.  There is a picnic table and camp fire pit to cook and enjoy. Our pigs pasture nearby the site, so you might glance some large and small pigs roaming about near the rocks. About a three minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a very remote and private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. There is also a shared outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooking range and sink in addition to electrical outlets. There are some tables around the kitchen area as well as a fire pit and grills. From August - October this is an active apple picking destination so during day time hours on weekends there will be apple pickers on the main orchard depending on season/weather/crop in addition to some weekend early evening evening events.

Orchard Tiny House
Loved staying on the farm! Our dog and kids frolicked with the welcoming pack, we explored the beautiful property and met lots of chickens. The owners were so lovely and accommodating, and Gal, who worked on the farm, was awesome. Next time, we’re bringing a bigger crew and renting the whole place out!

we needed to go to the main house and ask for fire starter because there was none where it should have been. there were cigarette butts and eggshells littered around the fire pit. there was an open can of seltzer next to the bed. and a dirty dustpan was on the floor with no broom in site in the tiny house. it was nice and we enjoyed ourselves but yall should actually like i don’t know maybe clean the site between guests?

Slipping into the Woodsy Camp Tiny House after a rainy day of hiking was paradise! The property has all the nature and solitude of camping but with a cozy (and dry!) place to sleep. The farm is set up for a private, rustic experience but also offers the welcome extras that make things more enjoyable when you’re not roughing it in a tent. Highly recommended!

It was a cool site and was pretty much what’s described in the listing! So great that they provided the kitchen area for us to cook and store groceries in the fridge! When we got there the grass was so high which they mowed immediately and removed a wasps nests so they are great hosts! Honestly a great site, I just had mixed feelings bc im afraid of ticks and the cabin (as described) has little tiny gaps so there are some bugs in the cabin and branches that make a noise on the roof so I didn’t get that much sleep.

Orchard Tiny House
This was our first time to Majestic Farm and to the Catskills. It is quite beautiful. We stayed in the Orchard tiny house. For the two of us, it was comfortable. The house is a little further from the kitchen, john and shower but all were quite adequate. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there so we didn't get to explore the farm as much as we would have liked to. I'm sure at apple picking time, it would be fabulous! The four dogs and 2 peacocks (maybe 3) greeted us when we drove in. Our dogs met and got along with them perfectly. It is rustic but comfortable.

Overlook Forest House
This farm is a beautiful and special place. It is so lovely to be among the orchard and in the dynamic of the farm, animals and land. The set up of the tiny house, our tent and fire pit was perfect. We enjoyed nearby hikes and canoeing. Sad to leave- can't wait to.come back.

There was no fire wood refill in the morning when it was chilly out and we wanted to make breakfast over the fire.

Orchard Tiny House
Such a great place! It has a perfect balance between camping and glamping. The Orchard tiny house was perfect for us (family of four), pretty secluded and private and beautifully located in the middle of the woods. It has a nice mattres, a table with benches and board games to enjoy. The fire pit and the picnic table are also very useful. We brought our own sleeping bags and blankets for the night, and meat for dinner and had a great time

Majestic Royal, 4 TinyHouses + Camp
Incredibly beautiful farm in a charming part of the Catskills, just a couple hours outside NYC. The cabins are really nice and tastefully set up and the kitchen and outhouse worked for our purposes. We were a large group and rented all four cabins on an extremely cold weekend in February. We expected it to be cold and it was (there's no heating in the cabins), but we were prepared with warm clothes and good gear. The place was snowed over and it was too icy to drive onto the property, and there wasn't running water due to the freezing temperatures, but the hosts were communicative ahead of time about all of this, responsive to questions, and very helpful. We were delighted to encounter peacocks and a bunch of hogs roaming around. Some of the hosts' dogs were unfriendly at times, which was a little unnerving.

Rocky Boulder Camp & House
The site is amazing, it’s all adorable! Nothing I’m about to mention is the hosts fault just mistakes we made!! The windows of the site are busted so they don’t close fully and there’s a good bit of draft, that being said don’t book in winter months! Personally we like personable hosts that interact with us or at least introduce themselves. That’s not everyone’s style which is totally fine, so if you really want the solitude this is the place. Their dogs are soo friendly they played with our Aussie we brought, and the pigs allowed our pup to investigate them as well. Overall, this is an adorable and perfect place to book I’m sure for the warmer months, just don’t make the same mistake as us! Our anniversary is March 1st and we’re from FL so again none of this is the hosts faults but letting other maybe Floridians know.

Tiny house was just the right size!

Perfectly sized tiny house for a couple. Windows on both sides so you can look up at the trees as you fall asleep. Wonderful views from the campfire area. Easy firewood purchase.

Clean & Cozy!
Woodsy Camp Tiny House
We needed a place to stay on our way to climb and the Gunks and this was perfect! We stayed in mid November and were sure to bring extra warm blankets and sleeping bags. Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the sounds of nature around us and even saw an owl! I wish we had time to stay longer to explore the farm. Thanks so much!

Fun little spot on the orchard! Host explains spot well. We walked around and seemed that each spot had its own privacy with the center being the kitchen area. We woke up to a pig in front of the A frame! Thanks for the stay!

Majestic farm is gorgeous. Our 1 night stay was perfect. They have all the amenities needed, kitchen, fridge and stove, picnic tables, firewood is available for sale and you can order eggs and other items to prepare breakfast. the orchard was a filled with delicious apples. Fun place to bring your pets. I hope to stay again some time.

Rocky Boulder Camp & House
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Rocky Boulder House in mid-October. We were glamping/camping for the first time with our 5 month old infant, and this site worked out well; The tiny house had the perfect amount of space for our pack-n-play crib plus our bags/gear, there was a rocking chair that was useful when putting our baby back to sleep in the night, and the magnetic bug screen over the front door was excellent when we ventilated the house. Another great feature for us was the shared outdoor kitchen, especially the gas stove top, sink, dish soap/sponge, full-sized fridge, and shared cookware. These were so helpful for preparing fast meals since camping with a little one is quite an adjustment. We still utilized the provided grill over the campfire at our site to prepare boiled water and also cook the ham steak and chicken sausage we pre-ordered. The meats and eggs were delicious. We knew it was going to get chilly at night (in the high 30s) so we brought an indoor safe propane heater, carbon monoxide alarm, and cracked the door and windows to make sure we had ventilation. The space never really warmed up so definitely bring layers if it’ll get cold and you’re doing what we did. Luckily our little guy did really good with the layers we packed with him. I would highly recommend camping here. We really also loved the sweet pack of dogs that would randomly pop by to say hi, and also picking a couple apples right from the orchard.

The Woodsy tiny house was quiet and secluded. Firewood was easily accessible ($10 per unit). Access to the camp kitchen was a bonus.

Orchard Tiny House
Great place to unplug from the busy world and immerse yourself in nature. The owner of the land’s dogs are super friendly and roam around. One of the dogs hung out with us at our bonfire. Very happy with my stay at the orchard tiny house on majestic farms. Its the kind of peace and quiet that will reset you and have you feeling refreshed

I loved the Tiny Orchard House at Majestic Farm! The farm's surroundings really make this camping site a special place. The land surrounding includes animals (friendly dogs, some pigs running around sometimes! and chickens, which we sadly did not see) and a gorgeous apple orchard with lots of different custom varieties. The amenities of the place was also great, as there was firewood+starter for use at our fire pit. The place felt private, but because it was near the orchard and within private property and near the main house, it felt safe as well. The only downsides we found, but were to be expected since it was listed in the description, was the outhouse which felt not very clean / sanitary, and the insulation of the tiny home which was not good and ended up being very cold at night. However the owners did warn us in a long message and recommended what to bring for an overnight stay etc. so we were fairly prepared. COME WITH A WARM SLEEPING BAG if you visit during fall times where it falls below 60 at night. Otherwise you will be very cold. Overall we had a lovely time and everything was as expected and easy to navigate :)

My 8-year old son and I stayed for one night in the A-frame cabin. It was his first time “camping” and he wasn't ready to go straight to a tent. The cabin and campsite in the wood were perefect. He said “we should do stuff like this more often!” Big win. We arrived at the property after dark, so navigating to the campsite was a bit slow, but the directions were detailed and we didn't have too much trouble. The A-frame we stayed in was in the woods by the corner of the orchard. We might as well have been deep in woods as we couldn't see or hear any sign of people. We were too tired to use the firepit but enjoyed the comfy bed. In the morning we were treated to a beautiful view of a pond/bog and the sounds of nature. My son explored a bit and quickly found some big rock outcroppings and “caves.” He probably would’ve spent hours in the woods except for the lure of heading to Legoland. We picked up my meat order from the communal fridge on the way out. Easy! I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Cozy Cabin and Lovely Scenery

Orchard Tiny House
The Orchard Tiny House's raised loft and cozy-yet-firm mattress meant I was warm and comfortable all night, which for me was a huge benefit. The campsite is a 3-minute walk from the parking area, so I felt very private but was able to move supplies from my car easily. The animals are thriving and lots of fun to watch- dog Max took me on a morning tour of all the hot spots. The heritage meat products are great- the liverwurst spread has a light sweetness and complexity that I miss from commercial liverwurst. Ultimately this is a good choice if you want privacy and plan to either relax in the woods or go off-site for camping & exploration. Also highly recommend a post-hike pho at Pho Hung in Monticello.
