Four restaurants, Organic Supermarket, Sunday Farmer's Market, Beaverkill Creek swimming and open park less than 5 minutes walking. 4 nights maximum. No toilet, water or electricity. Location has picnic tables and small propane bbq. Middle of a dead end road with local baseball field and State fishing parking at end of the street. Few minutes of walking will get you to the center of Livingston Manor NY. Dining, shopping and the Catskill art center are just a few things within a few minutes of walking. State hunting and fishing lands and parks including numerous lakes are all over this region. 10 miles to Roscoe Diner, 20 miles Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and many more famous attractions. It has gradual approach, easy walk to your private frontage on the Little Beaverkill river if you enjoy water or trout fishing. Basically level lot and mostly lawn.

Livingston Manor is such a beautiful town. This makes for a convenient stay. Walking distance to town and a park.
