I truly cannot recommend glamping at Liberty Farms enough, we had absolutely the *best* time!!
We arrived to be greeted by Casey and his dog Finn, who were both so welcoming. The tents were beautiful and hand built by Casey and some of the other staff - they absolutely exceeded expectations in every way. The bed was incredibly comfy and the rain shower was perfect after a long day of hiking and farm chores! The farm chores themselves were maybe the highlight of the stay however, as Debbie was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the farm and day to day of chores. She was kind and hilarious, and shared her experiences with all of the adorable baby animals with us, and sent us home with fresh eggs for the morning!
On our way home from the farm, we stopped by the farm store to grab some fresh veggies and meat, all organic and sustainably produced. The store itself was beyond cute and the veggies so fresh! We were able to use the grill (and fully stocked kitchen area) to chef up some dinner, but were also given recommendations for nearby restaurants that sounded great as well. After dinner, Casey had a fire going, as well as s'mores ready to be made. He offered us wine, and we were able to hang by the fire, enjoy a little dessert, and connect with the other visitors staying on the site. It was just the best day, and a phenomenal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
