The property is private, yet centrally located between Hornell, Dansville, Arkport, Wayland and Cohocton. A short scenic drive to many attractions, such as Stony Brook State Park, Letchworth State Park, Harriet Hollister State Park, Finger Lakes Trail, hiking-biking, Swain and Bristol Ski Resorts, Hazlitt Winery, wineries, breweries and great local dining and shopping and only minutes from Loon Lake. Rochester is an hour drive away, using I-390 for the majority of the drive. Barn side RV site

We loved the peaceful ranch and the available amenities. Our puppy got to experience cows for the first time! It’s not very active and few cars pass by on the road so it’s nice to just relax.
