Better Customer Service make sure that the bathrooms are clean daily and that the lawn area around your campsite has been mowed

Misleading Campground

Back In - FHU - 30 amp - 45'
This is a campground, not a typical Hipcamp camp place. The pictures on the Hipcamp site are from the Internet, not the campground. One picture on the site has a camper with a golf cart. I asked if I could bring mine and was told that only seasonal campers could bring them. Before my camping I received a welcome email with rules and regulations on my upcoming stay which said golf carts are permitted. So I reached out again and was told only seasonal campers could bring them. When we arrived the office was closed so I called the number posted and left a message. We just went in and set up. Quiet hours are 11pm to 9am but they were mowing at 830am. Our site was beautiful and we were there during the week, so it was empty and quiet. We set up on a Monday, by Wednesday the ladies room had not been cleaned at all with only one stall working and disgusting sinks, I had to reach out to management. The men's room also needed a deep cleaning. The showers were great with plenty of hot water. We didn't use the amenities like the pool or jump pad. We probably will not be back since Hipcamp has vast better places to pick.

The staff are so friendly. They had a live band the night we stayed lots of fun! The neighbors in the site all seemed like regulars. Super clear campsite and even ground for the tent. The bluffs were a super quick drive down the road.
