Large, weathered boulders form a natural boundary on one side and a stone wall gracefully outlines the water’s edge on another adding to the rustic charm of the space. Overhead, a tall shade tree offers dappled sunlight throughout the day, while the backdrop of forested hills frames the horizon. Morning mist often lingers over the treetops, and the sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves create an atmosphere for campers seeking relaxation and connection to nature. This tent camping provides an idyllic Hudson Valley setting just steps from the pond.
Guests have access to our barn toilet for added comfort during your stay.
We have a selection of outdoor and board games available for guests to borrow, including lawn games and cards. If you would like to borrow any games during your stay, simply message us and we will arrange for delivery to your site.
During your stay, you may have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of fresh, seasonal produce grown right here on the farm. Depending on the time of year, we may have a variety of fruits, vegetables, cut flowers and herbs, available for purchase.
We are a working farm, and as part of the natural layout, you will see the owners’ farmhouse and a few farm structures from your tent site close by. During your stay, you may also see farm animals, our farm dogs, staff and other guests.
We are located adjacent to the Mid-County Rod and Gun Club and you may hear outdoor sport shooting.
