Private, secure, hilltop rv site on 10 acres. Please read entire description. Surrounded by forest, on a peninsula on beautiful Lake George. Large parking area can accommodate up to 25 foot vehicle, including camper vans and small travel trailers or Class C motorhomes. Very quiet, peaceful nice camping spot. Must have self contained camper. There are no bathroom facilities on site. Hammock, picnic table, large fire pit, gas grill, horse shoe pit, cooler for guests and trash can on site. Camp chairs and some led lighting already set up. 7 miles to Lake George beach and attractions. Lots of hiking trails within a couple of miles. 7 miles in either direction to major thruways. 10 minutes from exit 21 on I87 (the Northway). There is water available to fill your tanks if needed. There's firewood on site as well.Private, secure, hilltop home on 10 acres. Surrounded by forest, on a peninsula on beautiful Lake George. Large parking area can accommodate up to 25 foot RV. Horse shoe pit on the property. 7 miles to Lake George beach and attractions. Lots of hiking trails nearby. 7 miles in either direction to major thoroughways. Located 10 minutes from exit 21 of I87 (Adirondack Northway). There is water available to fill your tank if needed. Some firewood is available on site as well.

Great site & close to Lake George

Great time, great site, secluded and lots of deer and other wildlife. Jim was good dude & offered to let use his extra life jackets after we realized we forgot ours. The site has a huge fire pit with plenty of firewood that my boys had fun gathering and exploring the woods on his property. We’ll be back on our next trip to Lake George.

I came up from Long Island & used Jim’s land as a basecamp to hike & snowboard in the area this weekend. Very peaceful & convenient spot. Minutes from Lake George Village, about 45min from Gore Mountain, and a little over an hour to most High Peak trailheads. Also, Jim is a very friendly & accommodating host. Will definitely return as I work on my 46.

Friendly deer - helpful hosts!

The hosts were inviting and kind. Many, many amenities were offered - lighting, table, bug spray, wood, great parking and space to maneuver a camper. Great for kids and pets. There was a lot of wildlife to see. The price was great for all that was offered. It was quiet and away from town, but near to many stores and activities near the lake. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a great campsite and location! Only 5 minutes from lake George and close to a bunch of hiking trails. Jim was awesome! He was welcoming and also provided so much; wood , a grill, fire starter, bug spray and a cooler filled with ice. Thank you for having me I’ll def be back!
