This historic renovated Hudson Valley ranch offers four sites convenient from Interstate 84, the NYS Thruway Interstate 87, and Route 17/Interstate 86. Site 1 is a leveled stone pad easily accessible from the paved driveway, in front of two rustic barns where campers enjoy 30 amp electric service and a picnic table. Sites 2, 3 and 4 are in a private field (w/o service) each including a picnic table and fire ring. There are 40 acres including walking trails, and miles of adjacent rail trails for hiking/mountain biking from your site. Visit Brotherhood winery/restaurant, local breweries, Storm King Art Center, Washington's Headquarters, West Point, Motorcyclepedia museum, Lego Land, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets and more.

Site 2 is located down a gravel driveway to the rear field behind the beautiful grounds of a Bed and Breakfast. It is private with 360 degree views of a wild open meadow where a neatly mowed site is situated. The site contains a picnic table and a fire ring. Campers may fill potable water from a hose on the property. There are no other hook ups, amenities, or services. Campers enjoy walking paths and adjacent hiking/biking on the Schunnemunk Rail Trail. Or, loads of local attractions, restaurants, museums, casino, wineries and craft breweries. To access, go to the 3rd driveway in front of the house all the way at the dead end; turn right towards the big red barn; go between the two red barns and follow the gravel driveway along the horses to the back field; site is marked with a sign post.

The Dominion House Bed and Breakfast horse farm offers a level stone pad, easily accessible off the paved driveway, in front of two rustic barns, with 30 amp electric service, Wi-Fi, and a picnic table. There are 40 acres, walking trails, and miles of adjacent rail trails for hiking/mountain biking.  Visit Brotherhood winery, local breweries, Storm King Art Center, Lego Land, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, West Point and more. Enter driveway immediately after the Bed and Breakfast sign; circle past the small barn past the green picnic table, where you can back into the site/service marked with a Hipcamp sign. Site 2 Quiet Field Table Fire Ring
This place was so great that when I sent photos to my wife she told me to get three more nights, called out sick from work on Friday and hopped on a bus to meet me. Hiking path. Clean. Nicely mowed. You can barely see your neighbor over the meadow. In my wife's book it gets extra credit for being down the street from a historic church - we walked there on Sunday for services.

It was a lovely secluded spot where I was able to get caught up on a book. The nearby horses are adorable, my wife and I happened upon them during feeding time. Their antics were priceless. I strongly recommend you visit.

Eric’s sites are well marked and very nice. The number 3 site where I stayed was level and had a picnic table and fire pit. It was very quiet although a bit cold and windy for a fire. I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the easy and quick set up on this beautiful property. The fallen leaves made it that much more picturesque. Our host was very responsive to our messages, and the nearby town of Washingtonville is very quaint, and we wished we had had more time to enjoy it. The Inn looked very elegant and welcoming in the night.

We used this site as a base for exploring sleepy hollow and the surrounding area. It was perfect. It was surprisingly private. We had friends come and use another site, we could barely see the top of their rv. There is a great trail for hiking. We loved our time here and definitely recommend it to others,

It was a very beautiful and peaceful camping experience. Even the surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We loved every second of our October stay!

Staying by the barn, near the horses was perfect. I enjoyed the deep peace and tranquility of the property and hope to return as soon as possible. Maybe I can stay at one of the magical sites in the field next time 🤞

Quiet, private spot in rear of property. Rather large circle was cut out with nicely trimmed grass. Site 4 was on a little slope, so plan accordingly. Multipurpose trail behind campsites was an added bonus.

Beautiful, peaceful site within a few minutes’ walk from the [potable] water hose at the house. Our kiddos loved visiting the horses and scampering around. Added bonus adventure of picking through the scrap wood pile nearby to find fuel for our campfire. Super cool!

Great stay in a great location. Had access to all sorts of fun things in the lower Hudson Valley (Walkway over the Hudson, Bridge Music, Hudson Valley Brewing, Storm King Art Center, etc) and a nice quiet place to park the trailer. Super easy getting into the spot and plenty of room for our 26 foot travel trailer and our truck. Beautiful horses next door we could go over and visit with and trails leaving from right behind the house. Communication was super smooth and fast.

A lovely, quiet fieldy camping spot! I was just passing through but it was a great spot to stay, easy to access, very spacious. Didn’t get a chance to visit the adjacent trail, but it was fun to see the horses. There was a chorus of field crickets overnight then about a dozen different birdsongs (per the Cornell bird app) to wake up to. Would happily stay again.

This was my first time camping solo and Erick’s place was quiet, and the site I was given had a table and a campfire and was well mowed so it was easy to park and set up. It was very private and secluded yet the main house on the farm is only a few minutes walk away to get water and if you had any questions, perfect. They also had horses and chickens, and it was lovely would recommend.

This is such a charming spot! We stopped over for one night to break up our ME to PA road trip and it was perfect. The site was easy to find with easy-to-follow instructions. We could see our neighbors at the next site, but we still had plenty of privacy. The wildflowers and clear night sky made for a relaxing stop. We would absolutely visit again.

I loved the parking spot right next to where the horses are. Lovely walks around the property wild flowers growing everywhere. Quiet and at end of road so no traffic. Lovely owner very helpful to me first time rv owner. Yes go stay and enjoy

This space is so, so beautiful! Each site is very private because it's located in its own mowed-out circle of the bee balm field. It is quiet, comfortable, and very well-maintained. There is scrap wood to use for your fire, a picnic table, and a grill grate for cooking. Plus, the horses are gorgeous and friendly. I'd really recommend camping here -- it's close to Harriman State Park and has a rail trail behind the property for walking/hiking. 10/10!
