Family friendly :) Deluxe Cabins: 1 bedroom with loft, bathroom & kitchenette RV Sites: Water/Electric/Sewer, Water/Electric; Wooded, Grassy Rustic Camping Cabins: 1 room with fridge & microwave Rustic Sites: Pond, Wooded, Grassy Tiny Homes: 1 bedroom with loft, bathroom & kitchen Fire ring and picnic table at every site, cabin and tiny home. 10 minutes to Cooperstown, Baseball Hall of Fame, Brewery Ommegang, Fenimore Farm & Country Village, Fenimore Art Museum 10 minutes to Dreams Park 5 minutes to the Grocery Store 20 minutes to All Star Village, Glimmerglass Opera Our own Field of Dreams: Major League Field & Little League Field rentals available on the campground. Beautiful Event Hall: Seats 125 plus a dance floor available for rent on the campground as well.

Sort of camping! You’ll have a solid roof, a locking door, and real beds! Fridge and microwave in the cabin. 1 room (12’ x 12’) with 1 full bed and 1 set of twin bunks. There is no water to the cabin; you will need to use our extremely clean and quite lovely central bathhouse about 300’ away. (12’ x 20’)

Our Tiny Houses are adorable! Steps away from our fishing pond, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the fog lift off the water. One bedroom with a walk-around queen bed and an upstairs sleeping loft for the kids with two twin mattresses on a carpeted floor. There’s also a fold out couch in the living room. (12’ x 40’) $150 Security Deposit required upon check in. Refundable after stay.

Enjoy Nature Comfortably! You’ll be surrounded by knotty pine throughout our charming cabins. You can enjoy your morning coffee while keeping an eye on the kids at the playground. Sleeps 5, No pets. Rates based on 2 adults and your children under 13. One bedroom: Built-in beds with 1 full & 1 set of twin bunks. There is a ladder to an upstairs sleeping loft for the kids with two twin mattresses on a carpeted floor and a futon that folds down in the common area. $150 Damage Deposit at time of check in which is refundable after stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cooperstown Beaver Valley. The campground and public areas were incredibly clean. The children's playground was very colorful and inviting for the younger children. Safety was also considered as the area is fully fenced. They had an egg hunt for the littles the weekend we stayed and the kids seemed to love it. Lastly, the staff was very kind and responsive, providing many local attractions that might be of interest in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering gifting our son and his family a weekend stay next year as their "family holiday gift" this Christmas.

Grassy Tent Site on Tranquil Pond
First time camping and was so thrilled with the accommodations. The property is breathtaking. Extremely well kept. Our front view from our tent was the shore of a beaver made pond. The trees reflecting off of the pond made it seem like the water was a mirror. Stunning. Super quiet. Everyone camping is very respectful. The bathrooms are SUPER clean and new. They clean them 4xs a day! The store is well stocked and they don’t gauge you on prices. The icing on the cake was the pool. Very large, & extremely clean. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay. 5 stars!!

Very quaint. I had a tent site right on the pond and it was lovely. The grounds and showers are clean and centrally located. The hosts were helpful with recommendations and information. Would stay there again!

Very nice campground with excellent amenities and staff..super convenient to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame..only stayed for one night but enjoyed it and would definitely recommend..Thanks again!😊
