By the The Hounds Farm was formerly the riding facility for a well know women's college (Bennett College) back in he 70's. It was then used as a thoroughbred stud farm and now by us as a working equestrian facility.

2000 square-foot two bedroom one bath clean contemporary loft space on working Hunter Jumper equestrian facility. We are located in bucolic Dutchess County which is 90 miles due north of New York City. There are numerous activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Biking, hiking, fishing, skeet, trap, pheasant and duck, hunting are all available in the area. The farm itself is located on one of the most scenic dirt roads in the area. We are very close to a number of prep schools like the Millbrook school, the Hotchkiss school, and the Kent school. Closest major airport is Albany, NY. JFK, La Guardia and Newark airports are 2 hrs. from the farm.
