Welcome to a secluded slice of heaven overlooking Conesus Lake in New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes. Twenty minutes from Letchworth State Park and innumerable local attractions is our glamping paradise. A short distance to over 66 miles of hiking trails, three large waterfalls and over 100 smaller cascades. Close to SUNY Geneseo, many local breweries, wineries, restaurants, flea markets, farm stands, Amish country and so many other fun adventures. The property itself is fenced in for your furry family and has a large gazebo fire pit, a stock tank pool, two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, gas grill with side burner for all of your gourmet outdoor cooking and is surrounded by a few more unfenced, explorable acres. The camper features a queen size bed, twin RV bunk beds and a full size pull out sofa. There is both RV style central air conditioning and a window unit in the primary bedroom. A small dishwasher, thermal coffee maker and full size refrigerator with ice maker make your stay a bit easier. Room for 1 outdoor tent if you’d like to bring one along. There is an air mattress as well for your use. Please note-there is no internet or television here. We use our phones as hot spots if we need to connect but the point of being here is to disconnect ! There is no heat in the camper. Please come prepared if the weather is forecasted as being chilly. This is a seasonal property. You are welcome to bring your own tent for additional sleeping. The camper can comfortably accommodate 6 people and there is an air mattress if you want to squeeze in 2 more (bring along a tent to make it more comfortable).

Conesus Lake Glamping With a View
This was the perfect little get away. I had surgery and we couldn’t do the tent camping we normally do and found this place. Everything was great for a few days away. The dogs loved it and so did my mom and daughter it was a peaceful little get away over looking Conesus lake and close to anything we needed. We will definitely book here again in the future. The property had everything we needed to cook, relax, and explore. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had an awesome night at Kristens place! The views above the lake were incredible and the RV was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The smores in a jar was a great addition to the night. That and the firewood provided. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was amazing! What an upgrade from our standard family camping trips. All the comforts of home while being nestled in a secluded area overlooking an absolutely beautiful lake. Can’t wait to come back!

Conesus Lake Glamping With a View
Beautiful place, very welcoming and many homey touches that really made us feel welcomed and thought of. We appreciated the coffee and the kids really liked the s'mores! We will definitely give it another try during warmer weather! A few things that made it a bit stressful was the adorable pool, it didn't have a sealed cover and so, keeping the toddlers from putting their hands in it and soaking their coats was nonstop attention. The place was pet friendly which is awesome, however the gravel was NOT pet friendly. We came with our two pits and I had to leave the next day because of how tore up their paws were. They were just laying in the car bleeding 😢. It you're adults coming for a chill weekend, this is the place!
