Our bathhouse, located nearby, offers toilets, and hot showers.

Inside you will find a memory foam Queen size bed with extra blanket, A/C and a portable fan.
Outside on the private porch, you will find two bistro chairs with a table. We provide two Adirondack chairs and a fire ring for you to enjoy.
The communal kitchen has a double burner hot plate, Weber BBQ grill, Blackstone griddle, toaster, waffle maker, etc. We provide basic pots and a pan with some plates, bowls, and utensils also included are salt/pepper, olive oil, sugar, paper towels, and a few trash bags. There is a drip coffee maker and coffee filters provided. Don't forget to bring your own coffee grinds. Please wash any reusable cooking equipment in the community kitchen sink outside the bathhouse.
The bathhouse is located within a short walking distance of your tent. There are hot showers, a changing area, and flushable toilets. Please bring your towels and toiletries.
Explore the picturesque Ischua Creek by renting one of our kayaks for just $15 for a 3-hour rental. Each rental includes a paddle and a life vest for your safety. Before heading out, we'll just need you to sign a waiver to ensure your peace of mind as you enjoy the water. Don't miss out on this exciting adventure!
Please do not bring campwood. We sell bundles of firewood for $5 each.
There is Starlink Wi-Fi at the tent area. Starlink service is pretty reliable even in the rain. Please note we are located in a rural area and cannot guarantee the signal. Your cell phone data may work as well or better at times.
The Tiny Home A-frame is located surrounded by nature next to the creek. Grab some raspberries, blackberries, or wildflowers that surround our property. You might see frogs, chipmunks, woodchucks, deer, rabbits, foxes, caterpillars, as well as others and all that Mother Nature has to offer. Please bring mosquito spray anyway. We are actively expanding our amenities coming this summer a charming memory hiking trail, complete with the option to hang wind chimes, further enhancing the offerings.
What to do and what places to visit: *Letchworth State Park *Allegany State Park is one of the beautiful parks located in Western New York *Rock City Park located in Olean, NY is also great for hiking and sightseeing. *Ellicottville is only 13 miles away with many local shops, breweries, and bars and the feel of a small town village. *Ischua Valley Country Club 9 Hole Course, *Hinsdale/Dandy House (Mysterious site) *Cuba Cheese Museum and Shop.
