Rushford Lake! The boat launch is about 300' from site. See the Rushford Lake Recreation District website for rules. You can park your pop-up/small camper or bring your tent. Bring your kayak, canoe or boat or you can rent kayaks from us at checkout. We offer a new built rustic structure as well (10'x10' interior)--see the photos. There's room to park your boat or jet ski trailer. Port a potty on site. We are on 37 acres, but this is a working cattle farm, so there is a designated area for you to setup camp. Please stay out of the pastures. You will be situated near the cows. Check out nearby Moss Lake, or some of the other nearby small lakes. Genesee River access site in Caneadea is 3 miles down the road and Letchworth State Park is 19 miles/24 minute ride North and on Route 19. Hikers...can explore the nearby state lands and the greenway trail is 3 miles down the road.

There is no electricity in the shed and no water, you will need to bring drinkable water. This is a basic sleeping setup, no kitchen. Bring your kayak, canoe or boat. There's room to park your boat or jet ski trailer. Port a potty on site. Check out nearby Moss Lake, or some of the other nearby small lakes. It was a great stay! Very peaceful, close to the lake. Right across from the boat launch, too!! Gillian offered me a grill to use as well as a cot for my friend! The cabin was neat, and clean. Seems brand new! Very cozy feel. It was also nice interacting with the Cows in the field next to us. The pups were very curious. There was also several nice yard chairs for use as well as a table with an umbrella. Would certainly stay again when I’m back in the area.

Had a wonderful time the owner went above and beyond to make my weekend great I even got my car stuck (not there)and she came to help pull me out the views were amazing and was so peaceful
