Camping has never ever been so comfy! Nestled amid the rolling green pastures of bucolic Kerhonkson in New York's Hudson Valley, Camp Nevva Evva centers around a spacious 16'x20' safari tent plus adjacent off grid bathroom, within view of the Shawangunks. A stay at Camp Nevva Evva combines the best of both worlds: the core thrills of a camp stay—fresh air, hiking, grilling over an open fire, nights under starry skies with low light pollution—plus extras like electricity, glacial mountain spring water, bathing facilities, and gourmet treats. The Master Suite offers a fire pit, picnic tables, and cushioned lounge seating ideally situated to watch the stars after sundown. A kitchen area with barbecue grill adjacent to the fire pit, plus cookware and cutlery offer easy meal prep. Enjoy meals seated by the fire or on the covered porch, which features a dining table, lounge furniture, disco ball, and glass-topped coffee table. The bathroom/shower is located on its own enclosed deck bridged with the tent, providing hot/cold water, jack-and-jill vanity, and private changing area. Included with your rental: *Ten gallons of potable local spring water *Plush pillows, high-thread count linens and Marimekko comforters *Hot and cold shower and chilled foot wash *Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap *Firepit and propane BBQ grill *Fireside jams: wireless speaker + karaoke (2 mics) *Off grid solar electricity, lighting & USB charger *High-speed Wi-Fi *Split firewood (one full fire ring's worth) The Master Suite is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, card table, and 100-gallon marine cooler. In addition to the grilling on the fire pit, you have the option of cooking on the adjacent camp kitchen's propane grill, with ample pots, pans, cooking/eating utensils, spices, and drinkware. Additional single sleeping options include a twin cot and futon. What’s more, there’s a storybook-load of local attractions just minutes away: Damn Good Honey, Ravenwood café, Mill & Main, The Flying Goose Tavern, Barthel’s Farm Market and Creamery, Kelder’s Farm, Stone House Tavern, Outpost BBQ at KerhonkyTonk Roadhouse, Tony & Nicks's Italian Bistro, Gaby's, Bluebird Wine, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, Accord Market, Accord Social, Saunderskill Market, and Skate Time Roller Rink. Club and resort, INNESS, known for its dining, golf, tennis, and spa, is also nearby. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being within 15 minutes of Minnewaska State Park's thousands of protected acres, hiking trails, and lake swimming, as well as nearby Mohonk Preserve, Vernooy Kill State Forest, and the Ashokan Reservoir Promenade.
