We have a small 80 acres hobby flower farm with goats, chickens, horses and dogs! The property is located 10 miles from Canandaigua Lake, Honeoye Lake, Bristol Mountain and many Finger Lakes Wineries/Breweries. The sites are situated in a secluded grove in the woods overlooking a beautiful pasture with our horses, Spirit and PJ.

Primitive wooded tent site overlooking 80 acre farm and horse pasture. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, bring your own tent and take waste with you and leave no trace. Fires permitted unless there is a burn ban or very dry weather. Wood provided for an additional fee.

Wooded site overlooking 80 acres farm and horse pasture, with 29 foot RV. RV site is a flat cleared space in the woods. There is a fire pit provided. There is a queen bed in the back separate bedroom. There is twin bed in the living area as well as a pull down couch. Sleeps 4 adults but site can accommodate an additional tent. The camper is powered by a 12V battery system which will allow lights to be turned on but will not charge or power 110V device. The lights are connected to the trailer battery and will function. The outlets will not function and microwave will not operate on the battery power. We have a generator but we ask that you only use that to operate the microwave and outlets for brief periods of time. The stove and refrigerator are gas and work all the time.

Great place to get away and relax.

Camping trailer
We spent a couple days on Karin's property and we had a great time. The site we stayed on was the site with the camper. My daughter, her husband and their 2-year-old stayed in the camper. My wife and I setup a tent on the same site. The camper was really nice for the kids because my daughter is pregnant and they didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a tent or sleeping on a blowup mattress. The site is nice and opens to a field with a couple horses. Karin and her husband let us bring the granddaughter into the barn area to visit with the horses, a couple goats and chickens. She also let my granddaughter play on the swing set they have at their home. The site also has a fire pit and Jim brought us some firewood. We had also stopped to get some firewood on the way there, but it was really nice they gave us some. There is plenty of kindling laying around to get the fire started. The site is nicely shaded so you don't have to bring a pop-up to block the sun. Karin also gave us a half dozen eggs, put some kid's books in the camper and gave us some stuff to make s'mores with. The camper was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. There were towels in the bathroom and the bed was freshly made. We were able to park our vehicles at the campsite. We didn't explore the surrounding area because we were there for a short time and wanted to relax. Karin and Jim are wonderful hosts, and the place is great to get away for a while.
