Learn more about this land: Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen. Lounge on the spacious deck, fish, take a dip in the river and enjoy comfort of our cozy new space!

Tiny House on the Battenkill river
This property was an absolute dream. The location is beautiful and serene. The house itself was wonderfully equipped with everything you need, very clean, and easily accessible. The host was wonderful and even left us a sweet treat to enjoy. 10 out of 10 will be returning to this location.

Apartment on the Battenkill River
Marc and Liz provided us a perfect get away at their comfortable, private and beautiful apartment. It was sparkling clean and had everything you would need, bathroom with a shower, kitchen, fridge, a deck with a view of the woods, TV, wifi and more! You will need to walk to the fire pit by the river but it takes less than a min. The instructions for check in was clear and you can also find a binder with full of caring information. Town of Greenwich (10 min drive) is a quaint little town, we had a nice walk and visit at Fire House Museum. Perfect listing of you are looking for a quiet relaxing time.

Apartment on the Battenkill River
The site was great! We arrived to hand picked flowers in a mason jar, and pre-cut wood for the camp fire. I loved the creek! It was great for my two young kids (18 months / 4 1/2 yr old) with a sand spots for them to walk freely in the water. At night, we ran through the grass catching fire flies and even a toad! It was so great seeing the whole family having fun! The host was wonderful, and was there to answer any questions leading up to the time we reserved. We hope to make this a annual summer get away!
