We had 2 couples here for a long weekend trip during February, and The Cabin kept us comfortable, warm, and cozy the entire time. The mix of pellet stove in the kitchen, baseboard electric in the bedrooms, and wood stove in the main room kept us toasty. The cabin is beautiful with original artwork inlaid, lovely old features, and plenty of charm.
We mainly sat by the woodstove drinking tea and cocoa, and did a little snowshoeing in the area.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great with a gas range/oven, and having running water in the middle of winter out there is awesome.
Overall it is a really lovely space to spend time in, and we would love to return.
