Campsite with stunning views!
My partner and I visited Michelle's farm for a weekend getaway and it was an unforgettable experience! We got here just in time for a specular display of the sunset that the sky was pink and orange! We visited when Michelle was away but she gave us clear instructions on the amenities. We were welcomed by Steven the dog and he was great company! The campsite was clean and easy to find, and we really appreciate the environment-friendly facilities.

Great camp site with superb views
Great camping spot with lovely views of the surrounding hills. Host Michelle was super helpful and welcoming. The Border Collie Stephen was absolutely adorable, we fell in love with him. He spent so much time at our camp hanging out with us getting cuddles and pats. Then we woke up the next day with him asleep outside our tent. So cute. Excellent sunset views over the horizon, amazing.

Great views nice location. Hosts were awesome. Toilet and shower facilities were brilliant. Ground soft to easy to put in tent pegs. Lots of firewood nearby. Though being a working farm the local dogs do bark at night.

We had a great time at Michelle’s farm. Camping spot had a great view over the valley and we had a lot of fun playing with the dog, Stephen. Dinner around the fire pit made for a nice evening.

Farm camping with stunning views
We loved this campsite, it has only 3 spots, which make it less crowded and our dog Oreo was able to run free with Stephen (their dog) around the field. The amenities provided are excellent (they even provided towels! and hot water). Michelle was also very responsive when answering my questions!
Unfortunately, as Michelle was not there over the weekend, we could not find the rubbish bins. It's just a minor hiccup, but maybe signs for that?
We had a lot of fun and will definitely return again!

Farm camping with stunning views
Overall we had a lovely stay at Michelle’s property. It was picturesque, quiet (aside from the occasional traffic), and the facilities on site were clean and well presented.
It would have been beneficial to have had the opportunity to have met with Michelle on arrival (as the booking states would happen). Communication was terrific up until check-in, which was unfortunate, and we never had the pleasure of meeting. There happened to be a group that had overstayed their checkout when we had arrived, unfortunately, and we had no idea to go. We ended up having to wander around the property for a good 15 minutes before the overstaying group left (and it became obvious where our site was meant to be).
Other than that, it’s a good site to let the dogs off lead and hang out with Michelle’s dog, Stephen, a very friendly young Collie.

Location was great. Easy to get to from Sydney and close enough to Blackheath and Lithgow to grab anything you might have forgotten.
The hosts are friendly and our dog loved running around with their dog all day. We could easily see ourselves being repeat visitors!

We had the best time here. The owners weren't present but it didn't stop them from being very welcomy and accomodating over the phone!
The sites were flat enough to sleep in our van, the outside shower was real fun and the view was amazing. What a great place to stop! Definitely in my list of favorites.

It was our second time staying at Michelle's and it was so nice to be back. I really like the area and the camp ground is family and dog friendly. I love taking a shower in the outdoor shower which looks out over the beautiful surroundings. The toilets are probably the nicest drop toilets on the planet. Michelle and her family are so lovely and very helpful in giving recommendations and local knowledge. I always enjoy the campfire. I had an issue with other campers but Michelle and James were on hand and took immediate steps to resolve it. Overall I enjoyed myself and would recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very quiet as we were the only guests there but the camp-sites are well spread out so I think this would apply when it is busy as well. Michelle has a beautiful Border Collie who came and joined us for much of the evening which was delightful. Stunning views!

This quiet camp site is one of my favourites so far! With a small number of camping sites at this stunning location, a beautiful view, a colourful sunset, and a great spot for stargazing on a clear night, this is a perfect spot for a bunch of adults looking for an easy few days, and excellent for families and pups. Not to miss the amneties on-site, the shower makes it borderline glamping. The farm is owned by a beautiful family that made our stay a memorable one. They were not only very welcoming and hospitable, we had a few hickups while setting up camp and they happily helped. Definitely recommended!

Lovely weekend getaway. It was nice to be the only campers on Michelle’s property. The view is lovely as pictured. We were able to forage the land for firewood and take a walk down to the house if we needed to use the facilities (bathroom, water and shower are accessible from the back of the house). Michelle was lovely and welcoming.

Amazing views, ammentites basic
Hartley is a lovely spot to visit. The valley is stunning! Their dog was super kid friendly and very chilled ! There’s a lot to do in the blue mountains and it was a fun spot to visit.
It’s a bit odd using bathroom in the house, felt strange so mostly used bush(pretty close to road but ok). Same with shower, which is unfortunate when you chose a site to have toilets and showers for camping with kids but didn’t really want to walk down and use them.

Delightful haven for dog & daughter
My 9 year old daughter and I had such a lovely time at Michelle’s property. Our dog played non-stop with Steven, Michelle’s border collie. And my daughter played with Oscar. Despite the wet weather and some muddy puddles we really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great spot at the top site, perfect for our tent and to set the bbq up, as well as close to the campfire. Great piece of bush just behind us which the kids thoroughly enjoyed exploring

Land was sloping and not flat. The property looks like a work in progress and grounds need some maintenance. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place then this is not the place to go with the dog barking all night outside our Motorhome and resident kid zooming around on his dirt bike.

Its in a pretty valley not far from Mt Victoria. Lots of birds around and we saw a wombat. The camp sites are near the owners' hempcrete house where you go at the back to use the shared compost toilet and access water. Gently sloping ground. Stephen the dog very friendly. Be careful what you leave lying around as he chewed my glasses. Luckily only a basic pair from the chemist. Michelle was friendly and it was interesting to hear her eco friendly plans underway for the site.
