Redgate Farm Dam View
Regate farm was an amazing place to stay to explore Mudgee from. It’s stunning property and very quiet and private. We set up our tent with great views of the dam, there are beautiful horses and an added bonus of a toilet. Next time I’m in the Mudgee area I will be back here and for longer, was such a lovely experience :)

Lovely spot! Very private. Brad greeted us when we got there and made sure everything was ok. Abby (one of the owners’ dogs) ran up to us upon arrival and was happy to keep us company - she is the absolute cutest and smartest little lady! They also have horses and kangaroos in the area. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Thank Amy for hosting us. Beautiful property, great location. You provided spot on directions. Fire pit was tops. Loo needs a little work to make it easier and safer for little people or less able people to navigate safely. Thanks for having us.

We had a family get together there and it was just the perfect spot. We had the whole place to ourselves and sitting around the fire and having a great time without worrying about others was just great. Abbie the dog was great company. We will miss her.

Redgate Farm Dam View
We really enjoyed our time at Redgate. It was very private and peaceful, as we enjoyed the site to ourselves. Our dog was pleased to have little Abby, the resident Jack Russell, who made herself very much at home around our campsite. Redgate is close to all the Mudgee attractions and we enjoyed day trips to Gulgong and Hill End.

Lovely private camping spot very close to Mudgee. The drop toilet had a nice view and the fire pit and covered area with table and bbq was a bonus.

Such a lovely spot to stay and only a few minutes out of Mudgee town centre. Felt like we were out in the country. Awesome level campsite all to ourselves with a full brick fire pit. Covered area for shade and even a composting loo. We camped on the area overlooking the dam - so pretty!

Awesome private camp at Mudgee
We had a fantastic time camping at Redgate Farm for the weekend. Such a great spot. Awesome shelter with table and bbq. Heaps of firewood and a terrific fire place. The enchanted forest was a nice touch and we left a little addition, Gary the garden gnome! Toilet was a great convenience with an excellent view! Brad was very welcoming. Such a beautiful property. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back. 5 stars! (Actually, there were billions in the night sky, another great highlight of the weekend)

Stress free week away
We loved camping at Redgate Farm. We spent a week here. Brad was a fantastic host. Came and saw us when we first got there but gave us all the space we needed. The farm is only 10 mins out of Mudgee town centre which has pretty much everything you need. There is a road nearby but it's not a busy road so the traffic never bothered us at all. We loved the horses that came to visit. Jess was my favourite. We would definitely recommend to others and next time we go to Mudgee we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Brad.

Brad’s camp spot was excellent. Great views, quiet but still only 10 minutes from town. Brad and his family were so helpful, made our stay a dream. We had a few issues with our camper that threatened to cut our trip short, but Brad went out of his way to help us out so we could stay the duration. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. Fantastic views across the dam & to the hills. Well planned & mown paddock with shade or sun. Brad was very friendly & helpful on arrival. He also checked to see that we were comfortable once we had set up. Easy drive into town. Loved this spot. Thank you, Brad.

Brads place is expansive, isolated and beautiful - an absolutely ideal campsite!
Brad welcomed us very warmly, as did his three horses when we set up our tents.
We only stayed a single night, but we wished it was longer.
Will return - thanks Brad!

Redgate Farm - an unexpected treat!
Our first trip away since covid hit and we were desperate for some R+R, exactly what we found at Redgate!!!
Campsite was private, well prepared with a lovely view over the hills and dam, nightly fires super relaxing and it was great discovering Mudgee + surrounds, what a great town!!
Brad and his family were awesome hosts, nothing was to much trouble, very friendly and helpful - we feel like we made new friends!!!
HIGHLY recommend a visit to Redgate!!!

We had a great stay at Redgate Farm! It’s peaceful, private and well maintained. Fantastic location only 10 minutes into Mudgee. The kids loved seeing the horses in the paddock close by as well as the Enchanted Forest. The owners are lovely. We will definitely be back!
