Site 12 - "High Heaven"
Totally secluded on a high ridge (Site 12) with distant views. Short drive to the falls and well looked after day-use area next to the cool dark creek. We stayed for two nights with 4WD and camper trailer and two dogs. Will go back for sure.

Jarrod's place epitomised what Hipcamp is all about, access to an experience and property that without this app, very, very few people would be able to enjoy. I was on a 10 day ride on my adventure bike and the ride in towards the property, then through the property really set the tone for the following days of my trip. Remote and rugged land waits for you at the end, with beautiful scenery at the falls. With a swimming hole that might have tempted if it hadn't been a little chilly.
I can 100% recommend this place if you are looking to escape the highway of life, but just make sure you have a 4wd, or bike capable of bush tracks. Your MX5 isn't going to make it.

Site 5 - "A Place To Go"
Camp 5 /Stayed in camp 3
Camp is located in sloping country on a ridge, we stayed close to the toilet, all the camps 1 to 6 are down this ridge to the river and waterfall. Toilet is top notch, flushing house toilet.
River/ creek area is spectacular and very soothing.
We towed a 2 1/2 tonne off road van down the ridge, alright in the dry but may be a challenge in the damp.
Van has to sit across the hill to level up, a pad cut in with a machine would be advantageous in all the camps down there. Take a pick and shovel to dig top side wheels in and you will be fine. Would recommend this to true bush enthusiast, No moon when we were there, full stars and was so quiet. Camps 7,8,9 would suit a van but a long way from creek and toilet.

Site 12 - "High Heaven"
We stayed at site 12. Great location. Nice flat area to set up on. We had a camper trailer and got to the site with no issues . Very quiet and kids had a great time. Great Hipcamp. Lots of nice sites on the property. Nice being able to go down to the day area which is a really nice area next to the river and the falls. We have it on our list to return one day as we loved the area and the property. Kids also enjoyed the local rivers nearby looking for gold and gems
