Less than a mile to Downtown with all the urban amenities nearby, this spot is also tucked away and shaded for most of the afternoon. It is part of my short term rental compound that I've been creating since 2020 in the historic Barelas neighborhood of Albuquerque. Lock your RV/vehicle in and exit through the pedestrian gate. Enjoy the common areas and your own private yard with table and grill. This is urban van life at its best!!This is an urban site that still feels quiet at night. It is mostly shaded in the afternoon, but works great with a van awning in the morning. There is a small table with two chairs, a prep-cook table, a grill, & charcoal. There is an 30 amp electrical pedestal & a 100-foot retractable hose for water hookup. It's about 3/4 mile to Central Avenue, the heart of Downtown ABQ. There is a locking vehicle gate & a locking pedestrian gate, so it is easy to leave your vehicle securely parked, while you enjoy town on foot/bike/scooter. Perfect Post Concert Car Camp!

Urban RV Spot in Historic Barelas

Courtney’s spot was a great spot! We were looking for a safe place to car camp after a concert at Isleta. It was a 10 minute drive to the venue and located near tons of breakfast places. It was clean and well maintained, secured and beautiful! Courtney worked with us for our super late arrival and made everything super easy. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in ABQ!
