Embark on a unique journey by staying in our hand-built cottage-style tiny house, nestled on 5 acres of land adjacent to the breathtaking Sangre de Cristo mountains. Follow our handcrafted "cobblestone" path leading to the entrance of the cottage, where a 200 sq. ft. living space awaits, complemented by an impressive super-tall A-frame loft.
Inside, a compact kitchen with a two-burner stove, small fridge, and on-demand water source caters to your needs. Admire the nature outside the window from the stone-tiled "coffee/work" space next to the wood stove. The pull-out couch provides a comfortable sleeping spot. Venture into the relaxing hot tub area connected to an indoor/outdoor porch, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings.
A short walk from the hot tub area leads to the outhouse, featuring a shower, compost toilet, and a sink. Explore the fenced yard with a fire pit seating area, offering a perfect spot for gathering. Numerous trails meander through the backyard, inviting you to explore the natural beauty of the land. Settingsoul. com The space We welcome you to come have an experience in our handbuilt cottage style tiny house! Sitting on 5acres of land next to the awe inspiring Sangre de Cristo mountains. As you walk in on our hand made "cobblestone" path, you will enter into the cottage. The living space is about 200 sq. feet with an added super tall A-frame loft!! Stairs to step ladder to access loft. Hand railing and grab bars secured for support. There's a small kitchen with a two burner stove, small fridge and on demand water source. Next to the wood stove you will see a stone tiled "coffee/work" space where you can sit by the window and gaze at the nature around you. A pull out couch provides a place for people to sleep. Next you will find we created a relaxing, nature immersed hot tub area attached to an indoor/outdoor porch. As you walk down the trail right outside of the hot tub area you will find the outhouse where there is a shower, compost toilet and a sink. Within the fenced yard area there is a fire pit seating area. Many trails in the back yard to roam around in the nature of this land. Guest access You will have a fenced in yard for you and your family to roam! Then outside of that you have about 4 acres of land with some trails to explore nature! There is cows next door you have access to as well as our chickens. Other things to note We do have extreme weather here on occasion so be prepared! there's mud and snow in the winter months. Bugs and wind in the warm months!
