Nice safe and secure RV spot available for rent. Weekly, monthly or long term. All utilities included including Wi-Fi and trash. Ample parking. Spot holds any size rv including slides on both sides. Mountain views. Spot is in a secluded pecan orchard. Owners live on site. We rent 2 other RV's we own.The site is on a 1 acre pecan orchard behind our home. Mountain view. Serene and secure. 30 or 50 amp, full hook ups and wifi included. Grill provided. We rent 2 other RV's that we own typically to medical professionals. Ample parking.

Country Setting With Views

We really enjoyed our time here. Although the space wasn’t wide enough to raise our awning much the benefit was shade and protection as the stationary RV on one side and shipping container on the other kept the wind and solar rays down. It is quiet and during our stay no one else was around. Gorgeous mornings in the valley with partially shaded walks along the canal from our site made the extra 5 minutes to town worth it.
