This private, fenced site behind a classic ranch home is quiet, level, and shaded part of the day, with full hookups: 30- and 50-amp electric, water, and sewer. It's an easy soak-and-stroll basecamp. Walk to the mineral bathhouses, grab dinner downtown, and come back to a calm, private spot to settle in for the night. Elephant Butte Lake (boating, fishing, swimming) is a 10-minute drive, and Spaceport America tours leave from town. The site fits camper vans and fully integrated rigs up to 26 ft (Class B or small Class A). Because of a narrow turn-in, it's not suited to fifth wheels or travel trailers. Pets welcome.
