Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Quaint camp site to pitch your tent, car camp, or RV boondocking. An area is already cleared for easy setup. There is a well-maintained gravel driveway for easy access from the road. The site features views of high desert nature and a view to the back of El Morro National Monument. There is only one site so you'll have the whole area to yourself. -Bring your own water -Bring your own toilet (take the trash with you, please) -Some shaded areas available for relaxingQuaint tent/RV/carcamp site in the New Mexico high desert. Enjoy beautiful sunsets. You may also see a roadrunner or two. The Ancient Way Cafe is 20 minutes away, serving amazing food on most days, except Monday and Tuesday. El Morro National Monument is also 20 minutes away. The Ice Caves, 35 minutes away.
