This place was beyond exceptional. From Shera being an amazing host and friendly face to all the amenities (shower, hot tub, views, a swimming hole, coffee in the morning, etc.) this place really has it all and more. We came in from a long day of mountain biking at Angel Fire and were able to fully recover because of this space. I HIGHLY recommend this Hipcamp and will be back as soon as I can to Sheras. This is a must camp if you are seeking comfort and relaxation within distance of Taos and more.

I think it’ll be a really beautiful and special place when she’s finished with it but right now it’s not quite what I was expecting. The host was incredibly nice and helpful and welcoming. It was a very quiet place to camp.

We loved camping here! There is plenty of shade, and the stream nearby is an amazing plus. The restroom was super clean and we even gor a chance to use the outdoor shower! Shera recommended an amazing hike which took is to Questa Dome with an amazing view. All in all, a perfect weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in Shera’s land! The camper was a perfect alternative to setting up a full tent site, and it was so peaceful. Our hosts were great, and offered some local hiking options. Would definitely recommend, and if you stay have your morning coffee under the Aspen trees by the stream.

Great campsite - quiet and comfortable! Loved listening to the creek every night as I fell asleep. The outhouse was honestly the nicest I've ever seen and actually smelled great due to the cedar! Shera was lovely, and I'd camp here again.

Shera’s camping locations are easy to access and clearly marked. She communicates as much as needed and provided ample firewood for campfires during our stay. Restroom was clean and well maintained. Her property has a beautiful stream which is a great opportunity to relax after a long drive.

The Oaks
I had a peaceful and healing time on Shera's land. The hosts were great to talk to about local hikes and healing practices.
The camp is nicely shaded and cool. Bring bug spray!
