!!!!NOTE!!!! We have NO HOOKUPS (WATER OR ELECTRICAL) despite what the site amenities say. We offer portable toilets. There are no showers on site. We apologize for the confusion. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is offering dry dock RV camping sites in the beautiful Avanyu Plaza, located in 12th Street’s thriving business and cultural district, in the heart of Albuquerque. These will sell out fast so make your reservation right away! The IPCC RV Park is located on an undeveloped area of the campus. The sites are packed dirt that have been leveled somewhat to accommodate RVs. With significant rain, the Park does get muddy. All vehicles are asked to maintain low speeds (under 15mph) when traveling within the RV park to help with dust mitigation.

    I really enjoyed tent camping at Indian Pueblo Cultural Center 's grounds. The hosts are super friendly and well explained the security and layout of the campsite. The campsite was nice and quiet too. The site overall is very open with a mix of tents and various types of RVs throughout. There is no fencing or trees between sites, but the lines on the ground clearly denote the allowed space for each reservation, and there is a big fence around the entire campsite. It would be wonderful if IPCC continued to develop their facilities to include showers in the future. The port-a-potties are conveniently located. The restaurant at IPCC is within walking distance and it is wonderful. Since it is within the Center adjacent to the museum, I suggest going early and visiting the museum before or after your meal. The artwork is simply stunning with pieces by some amazingly talented professional artists. Overall, Camping there through much of Ballon Fiesta was a great experience!

    We made a last minute decision to go to the ABQ Balloon Fiesta and it was either spend hundreds of dollars a night for a hotel or tent camp in an RV spot here for a reasonable price. We decided to tent camp on an RV spot. When we got there the camp hosts were very accommodating to us arriving around 10pm. When we got to our site, there was no privacy between us and other RV’s. At 10:30pm the RV in the spot next to us showed up and instantly started using power tools to fix something on their RV. Since we were in a tent we could head every noise every site made as well as the highway noise. Keep in mind if you are tent camping you will hear every noise so bring some ear plugs. The port-a-potty’s for bathrooms weren’t bad. We were grateful that they let us tent camp on an RV spot and It wasn’t bad for the price we spent as compared to a hotel, but I think next time with more planning we will splurge and get a hotel.

    This is a fenced in parking lot with a portopoddy. Perhaps a good option for RVers but tent camping was really disappointing.
