Whether you’re seeking peaceful solitude or a rural base camp, this location provides a perfect mix of beauty and tranquility. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, stargazing under clear skies, and easy access to nearby trails. Full RV hookups are available, including water, electricity, and sewer, ensuring a comfortable stay while you soak in the natural surroundings.Relax under our spacious 50 foot by 50 foot steel shade structure, perfect for RVs, with water hookup, electricity, and sewer. Take in beautiful mountain vistas and New Mexico's stunning sunsets over the lush Rio Grande Valley while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of our on-site bird sanctuary. In the fall, you're directly under the path of the sandhill crane migration. This is the only campsite on the entire 20-acre property, offering you privacy and uninterrupted views of over 100 acres of unoccupied high desert.

The directions to the site provided were very helpful. The site was level, clean, and ready for a full hook up for water, electric, and sewer. Susan is very thoughtful with the set up of the site for guests. She provided a clean water hose, a water filter, bricks, and pieces of wood to help with your set up(if needed/forgotten) and she also provides a cord if you need to convert to 50amp. The site is peaceful, beautiful, and well maintained; the bird feeders and nature are a great addition too! We would stay again!!
