Welcome to my desert oasis just outside of Las Cruces, New mexico & walking distance to Leasburg State Park. I look forward to hosting you and your party. This is a nice landscape property with several amenities to enjoy. I encourage guests to take advantage of the features. We've got a full-size bocce ball court, walking paths, hot tub, fountain seating area, outdoor fire place, propane barbeque, laundry facilities, pergola patio, grass area for guests and their pets to enjoy during their stay. I'm a new host and live here myself, although I often travel so occasionally guests RV may have the desert oasis all to themselves.The RV space is on the east side of property with its own entrance. Beside the RV space is a walking path leading to the backyard, hot tub, bocce ball court, and other accessible guest areas.

What a great time! Beautiful backyard, walking distance to a state park with trails, easy to get in and out of! I cannot recommend enough stopping by Kevin’s Place and exploring the area for a few days!

Nice stay! The spot was easy to back into and there were several amenities in the yard that we were welcome to use. He has a dog that was very friendly and got along great with our dog. Kevin made sure we had everything we needed and then left us alone. Perfect!
