Welcome to the Chili Line Depot Bed and Breakfast! Unwind at this historic southwest territorial-style building. Your private upstairs suite boasts two spacious bedrooms: a king-size haven and a room with two cozy twin beds. Indulge in the luxurious bathroom, featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Step out onto your private deck, where breathtaking views will leave you speechless. Enjoy al fresco meals on your personal outdoor dining area, or head downstairs for a soak in the shared hot tub and a delightful meal on the restaurant patio. Our downstairs rooms are more economical, but they still offer all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including soaking in the shared hot tub, free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. The downstairs restaurant features farm-to-table southwestern cuisine and operates in the Summer and Fall. Open till 6:00PM most nights, and open till 9PM with live music on Saturday nights. Tres Piedras is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. There are many hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails in the area, as well as rock climbing at our world famous rocks. You can also enjoy fishing, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and elk hunting in the Carson National Forest. The Ojo Caliente hot springs resort and spa are just down the road. Whether you're looking for a delicious meal, music on Saturday nights, or a comfortable place to stay, the Chili Line Depot is the perfect place for you. Ended Up Not Staying

The restaurant employees were lovely and welcoming. We ended up not staying in the room because we were not given a key to lock it on our way out and we would have been returning late after a concert.

Charming place not far from ojo caliente or the historic railroad in antonito. I didn't get a chance to try the food at the restaurant, but it smelled great.

Not quite a camp cabin and not quite a B&B, it has tons of history and character. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The area is lovely with lots of opportunity for hiking and outdoor recreation, and plenty of room for our dogs to run.

Chili Line Depot is a Sweet Stop

We are a bicycling group of 5 and enjoyed a wonderful evening (plus dinner and breakfast) at the Chili Line. Deborah (and her staff) runs a very sweet 3-room lodge in conjunction with her restaurant. Deborah took the time to meet us after we arrived and sat down with us during our dinner. We enjoyed a most relaxing and pleasant overnight stay . . . it was a great (and convenient) stay-over between Chama and Taos.

Great hosts
"Sage" Queen Bed En-Suite
Deb was a fabulous host, we felt right at home and well taken care of. She was accommodating of our vegetarian diets, flexible with our timing needs, and took the time to swap life stories with us and share some of her incredible adventures. She even called us while we were en route, later than expected, to see if they should leave the grill on for us! We’d stay here again :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Deborah’s. Her whole crew was very welcoming and warm, the place was cute and spacious. I rolled in during a storm so I didn’t get to explore the area like I wanted to, but the views I saw were gorgeous. It’s very high altitude so I recommend preparing yourself for that- drink water in excess and bring some pain pills for the pressure at night. Would stay again!

This was a great place to stay and the atmosphere and people were lovely. We were there in March and the hot tub was not functional which was disappointing but easy to get over when it’s not far from hot springs. Also great about making GF food that I could eat.

Had a good night sleep at the Chili lime depot also a hot shower which is 5 star in my book. Private bathroom and if you’re lucky enough to catch the kitchen open the food looked good and the people were very nice and inviting. Pastries were yummy especially the lemon one!! No water in the hot tub so we didn’t bother to try it out and it was close enough to the Earthship village for dirt shenanigans! Thanks for having us, I would stay again

Debbie was a very friendly welcoming host! She even invited us to join their Christmas Eve pot luck downstairs in the restaurant! We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area. We rented the second floor bunk room. We had a hard turning the heater on at first, but figured it out. Recommended if you’re doing some sight seeing in the area.

The staff at this location is so accommodating!! We were completely blown away with the incredible food at the Chili Line Depot! The entertainment was an absolute bonus. Friendly and accepting people. Five stars!

Deb's place was great, just above a nice restaurant and bar, with two bedrooms. Not the most comfortable spot, with a futon couch that liked to collapse, but the deck is sweet and views are amazing. Small town country living! And she let the boys access her teepee glamping area and go fishing. Really beautiful country, and fantastic hospitality!

Extremely pleasant stay! Deb and Cassandra are so welcoming. Place was amazing! Food was excellent! Deb took us to her land to let the kids roam around and fish, canoe, lay in hammocks, make s’mores and simply enjoy nature. The whole purpose of our stay. They gave us the best recommendations on where to go with our children (big age gap) so everyone would be happy. The stargazing while soaking in the hot tub was something the big kids will always remember. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back! Astonished by just how gorgeous the area truly is.

Really cool place!! Had the privilege of staying in one of the lovely rooms, for a fun, clean, and peaceful stay. The restaurant attached is SO good and we stayed on a Saturday night, we were lucky enough to see live country music! Everyone is super kind and amazing hosts. 10/10 would go back again!

We stayed one night. I accidentally booked the wrong night and didn’t realize I booked the wrong day until the next morning. They were very accommodating. Cassandra was amazing and incredibly kind. She made sure we had what we needed, and the next morning made our family and I some breakfast.

Cute little 2 bedroom suite, it was a very cozy and peaceful stay. Deborah and her staff were phenomenal - everyone was extremely nice and accommodating for our little family :) It's in a great location outside of the Rio Grande so there's plenty to do if you love hiking and spending time outdoors. I'm definitely recommending this stay to anyone who wants to visit the area

This was a super cool place. The bunk house was huge and beautiful... the location in the desert was just stunning. It is a really peaceful place and full of character. I was there in pre-season so didn't get to check out the restaurant but next time I come through (soon I hope!) I will definitely be staying here again!
