Excellent place to stay. Close to town but very quiet neighborhood. Slept great each night. Somewhat steep driveway but parking space is very level and easy to get backed into the space.

Very nice spot in residential neighborhood. Only a mile or so to parks on the Rio Grande. Also handy to Home Depot and Walmart. There’s anytime fitness close too for a shower.

We had a great stay! Nikole was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout. The spot was exactly as described and shown in pictures—clean, well-lit, and easy to find. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly people out walking, some with their dogs, which made it feel even more welcoming. The water and power connections were exactly where Nikole said they’d be and were easy to hook up to. The garbage can was conveniently located right by the spot. Our camper trailer sits a bit higher so we were able to navigate the incline without issues. Lower sitting trailers would definitely need to take it an angle which Nikole plans on with the driveway open. She’s thought of everything. We appreciated the thoughtful setup and would definitely stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, and the night sky is pretty out here. The hosts are very kind and good communicators. Very clear directions that are easy to follow. They had a trash can available which was very convenient. Even though it is cold right now, the lights were helpful for me and my small dog. We keep an eye out for coyotes being this close to the edge of the city, out here that that can be a cause for worry. I recommend bringing black out curtains. Over all, a very nice stay!

The location was perfect for our weekend seeing the hot air balook fest. Good location for hiking trails, restaurants and great views.
