Great time at this site!
The host was amazing and it is a beautiful camp site with a lot of fun stuff for kids. The rope swing into the pond and the waterfall / swim hole are beautiful.

Wonderful time camping with 2 kids. Planning our return back already. Hiked, swinged into pond, climbed, biked, smores, enjoyed everything camping should be. Thanks kathleen for great hospitality.

Do Not Miss!!
I loveed this spot! It was so secluded and picturesque. There were like three different levels of campsite, the central firepit/hang area and large areas above and below to set up tents. 4WD/AWD is a must but so worth it once you're up there. A short walk to a beautiful waterwall and overall convenient location to NYC suburbs. I will definitely camp here next time I'm down in New Jersey.

Site #8 was amazing! Spacious, private and quiet! Kathleen was an amazing host and very available if we needed anything. It’s safe to say we will be making Paradise Valley a year round, weekend getaway multiple times a year!

Camper Van with small Dog
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience on Kathleen’s property. She’s thought of everything and the campgrounds are private and easy to access. So much fun to enjoy with our small dog in the wooded areas and incredible waterfall. We will be back!!

Great private campground!!
Kathleen owns a beautiful parcel of land adjacent to Pequannock Watershed lands. She is a gracious hostess and was very available. There are 10 great campsites, some more wooded and hidden than others. We stayed at site 9 and found it very private and relaxing. It was a large site with plenty of room to spread out. The outhouses were very clean and attended to several times per day. We took advantage of some nearby hikes to the waterfall and Dunker Pond and did some geocaching as well. It was a very relaxing weekend and we do plan to come back!
